Big O Tires

I'm assuming that 5 is the best score. I had a very good experience, good advice on tires and very efficient service.

The staff was quick to welcome me. When I called in, I was told that I didn't need to wait for my 2 pm appointment that I booked online. So I just drove in. I was was met quickly, expected wait time was 20-30 minutes. It took almost an hour (my only complaint). However, they were quick to respond and apologize for the wait time.

Very kind and took care of my flat tire and showed me my warranty so that it wasn't outrageous to get it fixed.

Smooth and tasty check in and I didn’t wait that long during the wait either. He was clear with what I needed and why and the price was less than expected

It is so upsetting when your car acts up but last week I had a light on my dashboard and when I went to Big O Tires my car was taken in to be checked out and then I was taken back into the bay and shown what the problem was.Parts were ordered and my car was repaired.I am so happy that I have found Big O tires

Had to fix a emergency flat. Tires were borderline with tread. Decided to replace all four

Had a flat on my CRV, and was told that if it can't be repaired, I'll need to replace all four tires since it's an AWD. I was anxious since if I were to be told that it couldn't be repaired, I would just have to take your word for it. Luckily, I got a call 1 1/2 hours later telling me that it's fixed. $23.56 is way better than paying $500+ for all four tires. Thanks for your integrity.

The service was great, I was a walk in but they helped me right away. After my tires were changed they indicated work my car would need in the future.

Matched a price from another store, reassured me that I was picking good tires, helpful etc. Brought my car in after frustrations with dealership- Ken took care of it all, looked over the car for me- honest thorough feedback. I had my car towed to this location, which we have used for many years, after I discovered it had a flat tire. Repair of the tire was extremely quick, reasonably priced, and texts alerted me when nether vehicle was ready to pick up.
