I went to Big O Tires this afternoon and had a fantastic experience. Brady was professional, patient, trustworthy, knowledgeable and kind. I felt very respected and taken care of. I very much appreciate his dedication to taking care of his customers. Even when customers (whom I would consider difficult, high maintenance people) approached the counter, this staff handled their concerns with grace and poise. I was very impressed. Thank you!

The staff supplied a quote, kept their word on pricing. They checked alignment and my car didnt need it so they did not perform the work or charge me for it. Wait time was longer than quoted but still happened in one day. The tech did not provide matching valve stem caps but rectified the problem when I mentioned it to them.

They were very helpful! I wish they had offered a free alignment check. Otherwise, they really helped me out and they were quick and accommodating.

Tire-slasher attack in my neighborhood--got all new tires. Was in and out in less than an hour.

I had a wear issue with my last set of tires. The tires hardly lasted half the life expected even though I rotated them and aligned them every 5,000 miles. Ken was great and understood I was not happy with the performance. He admitted this was not satisfactory and reinstalled a new set of tires at a cost of only $5.00. I will be back for all my tire needs in the future. Thank you Ken!

Went for a tire rotation and nail in a tire. Couldn’t fix the tire with nail, but thanks to the extended warranty the guys recommended I purchase when I bought the tires from Big O, a new tire only cost $75. A new tire was acquired by the next morning, and they put it on in 15 minutes when I returned. I recommend this East Colfax Big O in Denver to everyone.
