Big O Tires

What I most appreciated was the honesty. I had just had my 30,000 mile check up and maintenance done at the dealership so they did not charge me for the alignment telling me I did not need it. I appreciate that they didn't try to get extra money for work that didn't really need to be done even though I had already signed off on a total price.

I didn’t have to make an appointment for my car to be serviced. The employees were nice and explained what was done to my car.

When in for an oil change however because of my work schedule I would have to drop the car off at night. Everybody was very accommodating and very helpful. I'd like to thank Abraham for his excellent customer service!

They're my go-to for my car... not just tires but oil changes, brakes & repairs... for going on 10 years.

The feeling that they wanted to take care of me and what I needed as opposed to running up a huge bill to make quota was one of the most impressive things about this establishment. Quality of service and attitude is the reason I will be back and highly recommend this specific location and it’s owner to all that I can reach to tell about them

Excellent timely service

Well I came for a tire repair because if a slow leak. The puncture was in the area it was unrepairable. My tires were %50 life, but I was advised with my type of vehicle it was best to buy all new tires. I did no research and trusted the associate in his statement. I wasn't given the opportunity to keep the old tires which was frustrating because three of them were still in good condition. The whole situation had me frustrated so rather than being rude or disrespectful I didn't mention anything.

Ken Gilsdorf and his crew are simply the best of the best. In and out in 30 min and the job was A+. I'd recommend Ken and this location to anyone and I can't say enough nice things about them.

Kenneth was awesome. I forgot my tire lock key and had to come back later and he still fit me in and gave me a good run down of services. easy to talk to.

I have always had great service at this Big O location, but this last visit was probably the best. I had a number of things I needed done, so I came in a few days before to go over the list. When I showed up Thursday morning they had the information on file and we went over it again. I was given a quote and they got busy. They said it would take 3 hours and it was 3 hours on the nose. They came in under the initial bid price and even took care of an extra item. As long as I am in the Denver area I won't go anywhere else for my car service needs!

Excellent service & staff

I have been a customer of Big O Tires on Colfax for 15 years (probably 6 cars, maybe 5 sets of tires). They are professional and I trust them and their products highly, and any problem I have had has been fixed, but that has happened maybe twice. Some of the guys have been there the whole time. I especially like the text option they recently added when my vehicle is done, and it was done within 5 minutes of their predicted time. My next tires will be from Big O (and probably their brand tire), my next service will be with Big O on Colfax.
