Big O Tires

They were up front and very honest, highly recommended! For an out of state visitor, I was treated like family.

The price was great for everything i purchased and the timing was great the employees were friendly and got the job done.

Found myself with a flat tire (nail penetration) the day before we were setting off on a 2,500 mile cross country trip. The owner/manager of this shop quickly diagnosed the problem and convinced me of the appropriateness of a $20 fix in 45 minutes rather than spending a half day and $200 getting an unnecessary new tire. We are halfway thru the trip and the repair has totally worked. This is the kind of honest service that i remember from garages in the 1960's that seems to have disappeared from most service providers today. I highly recommend this Big O location.

We've bought three sets of tires at the Big O store on Colfax in Denver, all through Ken, the store manager, in the last few months. We wouldn't keep going back there if we weren't very satisfied. He's knowledgeable, trustworthy and a straight shooter - just the kind of guy I want to do business with. They service is excellent and the time to get tires selected and mounted is short.

Always convenient, always friendly, always professional, always quick to assist and check-in, always transparent in services to be conducted, options available, and pricing of it. When it comes to tire service, my local Big-O is the place I go.

I bought a set of snow tires from the location in Broomfield. A month later my back right tire was 5 psi lower than the rest. Brought my car into a different location near my house over the weekend and was in and out in <30 minutes. The guys cleaned some rust off the rim, topped off the air, and sent me on my way.

Easy appointment and got my truck in and out very quickly. I appreciated the front office guys being clear with me and taking a look at my tires while I was there so they could see the wear issues I was having.

The overall service was quick and great. My only feedback is that it would be nice to have all of the Big O Tire location systems merged. I bought my tires at a location near my old address, but since I did not return to that same location for the flat repair, I had to pay for the service, whereas this service would normally be free if I had returned to the location at which I purchased the tires.

My only complaint about my recent service was not being called to confirm if I wanted alignment done, as I was promised. Otherwise, good advice, and quick service on the same day I called.

The store manager Ken, was absolutely wonderful! He took great care of me and explained every detail of my car needs. He is such an asset to this company. Keep up the great work! I will definitely be back and will send my referrals to see Ken!

Freshest inventory . GT GRABBERS MANUFACTURED IN LAST year....not long on shelf. Dated 3420 on sidewall reasonable quote on alignment In and out in 30 min... pleasently surprised

I luv the fact that Big O looks at your whole vehicle to see ALL issues not just the one you came in for.

People are nice and work hard to move people in and out. Fair price for what I needed.
