Keith and Heath were both so helpful with making sure I got the best tires for my price and needs! They even helped me with installing my new registration sticker- I was having trouble removing the old one. Above and beyond customer service and great prices!

Big O has always been an easy spot to stop in and get my vehicle worked on. I appreciate how helpful the staff is, and that they don't treat me like I dont know what I'm talking about.

I recently brought in my car to have a flat repaired on a tire I purchased about a year ago from Big O.. Big O was timely, responsive and quick in repairing the tire without charge to me.

My experience was that I got excellent service on the purchase of my tires. I use my car for my job delivering medicine to peoples' homes. I have been a customer of Big O Tires since 2011. I have bought 3 sets of tires from Big O and go to them exclusively for my oil changes as well. Never have had a problem, not one!

Service was quick and the problem was solved in a timely manner. I showed up at the time I was scheduled for a tire repair and was back in the car in just over 30 minutes. Good service.

I had to get four new tires on the worst week ever to need four new tires. Not only was Ken and everyone else kind and helpful, they got me into a great set of tires at a price I could afford.

I was treated well as always at this Big O location. I wanted my battery cleaned ( corrosion) and checked To see if I needed a new one. I was happy to hear the battery was fine. I love the service and the professional staff. Last month I bought 4 new tires here.

gas tank had to be replaced due to criminal vandalism and Big O was great and fast and even helped with the insurance agents' questions and I got covered for the process financially even though the Progressive insurance people were nasty to deal with about the situation to no fault of my own

Got a flat in the am, changed my tire and went to big o, in less than 45 min had two new tires because dude said there was still life in my tire and he'd do the same.Had to get new tires because mine were older than 3 years and out of warranty

I had been researching all terrain tires for several weeks. I called the big o tires location and spoke with Isaac. He informed me they had the tires of interest in stock and could get them on my 4Runner that morning. I dropped off my vehicle within the hour and was called about 45 minutes later that my vehicle was ready. Seemless drop off experience, checkout, and pickup.

This was my third tire replacement at your store (I seem to run over nails and screws like it's my job). The service is always excellent, and I feel like I can trust that I'm being treated fairly. I will be back again. My only suggestion is that you replace the waiting area chairs - they are really, really lumpy, old, and uncomfortable.

Went to get tires rotated. In and out in no time.
