Big O Tires

Spencer special ordered the tires without requiring a credit card. Called when they arrived, installed on time for the quoted price. These days, finding a service provider that just simply does what they say they will do is a big deal. Or in this case a Big O deal (sorry, i couldn't resist). This is my new goto tire store!

Always a pleasure at this location. Never had an issue with them for my basic maintenance and repairs. Quick and courteous.

I stopped in and asked about the tires that I wanted (I'd researched them online prior and saw that BigO carried them). Isaac said that they didn't have them, but would have them shipped to the store by the next day, Tuesday, but I wasn't sure I'd be able to stop by on Tues so I made an appt for Thursday. He called on Tuesday am and left a message stating that I could come by whenever was convenient, that they had my tires. So, I stopped by around 4 pm on Tuesday and they installed the tires and did an alignment in around an hour. Everything went well.

I regularly take my car to the store on Colfax near Monaco for oil changes. The staff is always very nice and easy to work with. I usually stop by right before the store opens on a Saturday morning and they get me in and out in 60-90 minutes. I would recommend this store.

It was good and yea felt safe and all of that.
