The staff was very helpful in pointing out an issue with the locking lug nuts. Told me how to get it fixed and was able to bring the car back and got the tires done really fast.

30 years of service

I walked in at 2:00 PM to look for 4 new Big-O All-Terrain tires for my '03 4 Runner. They had 4 tires in stock and had them installed by 4:00PM. I was impressed with the service to say the least!

Never a problem at Big O Tires

I had a great experience. I had a slow leak in my tire after I hit a road cut. I thought I bent my rim but it turned out I had a nail. I was very happy I didn't have to buy a new rim. Anyway, Anthony did a great job helping me out and getting me in and out very quickly. Linda Straface

The gentleman who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. Within a couple minuteshe was able to diagnose the issue with my tire and provide an estimate for repair costs and time. My car was ready to go within an hour and at exactly the quoted cost. Could not have had a better experience!

My technician was very clear and organized. He also provided me with a folding chair so I could sit outside while waiting for my car to be serviced. He was great in a "let's get this done" kind of way. Exceptional service and I was appreciative that everyone was wearing masks and maintaining a good social distance.

Went in for a schedule tire rotation and balancing. No appointment, i showed up and the staff was promptly able to help me. They even inspected my tire valves. In and out without any issues!
