I had two "run flat" tires that Discount Tire told me they could not patch.Big O patched them and they are 100% good.No issues. On another car, I needed two rear ZR tires on a Porsche.They met the price I had and had the tires in the next day.

The guys at Big O are always very friendly and courteous. Plus, they tell you straight up if they can’t handle a certain problem. Don’t waste your time or money.

Great fast service

I have worked with this staff for years; they are very professional, knowledgeable, and always deliver on time. I live 2 blocks away, so the location is great as I can walk to and from home while service is being done. I also love the tire insurance!

Good service and fast

Came in without an appointment for a tire rotation and they seemed busy, but happy to accommodate. The service was done in less than 15 minutes and I couldn’t be happier. This is what I keep coming back...the associates are always friendly, knowledgeable and make me feel like they genuinely appreciate me as a customer, even for a no-charge service. Great job BigO!!

The gentleman who helped me with my tire issue was prompt, professional and friendly. I came in at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and had a nail in my tire. The associate helped me find a tire that fit my budget and they installed the tire in under 45 minutes. I left as a satisfied customer.
