Excellent! Wait time was less than expected.

We were on vacation and looking at possibly wasting the better portion of a day dealing with the tire issue. Our rep, Kevin, was most helpful. He got the car in immediately and it was ready to go less than 40 minutes later. We really appreciate the good service!

I have been a customer for a while now and I trust them completely. They have helped me out so much I recommend to all my friends. Now that I have four of my friends come to them with their car needs. Five stars hands down.

Two weeks after buying a new set of tires I ran over a nail. Turns out I hadn't bought road hazard warranty and was facing a nasty bill. Ken and Sam were really helpful and did me a great deal so I wasn't out of pocket when they could have easily just said 'tough luck'. They treated me really well.

Didn't have the tire I needed in stock, but they were quick to order it and it was there later that day. I'll be sure to keep doing business with them, as this location has done good by me on multiple occasions.

I have been going to this Big O location for a couple of years now. I have always been treated well by their very professional staff.

Everyone was helping. I had locked log nuts on my car and they were able to get them off without it costing me an arm and leg.

In and out in about 30 minutes with a flat repair. If course it was a mid-week day mid afternoon with only a couple customers in the store.

I was treated very well as usual and that's why I keep coming back!

I showed up to get a tire plugged and they took me in instantly and had it done within 15 minutes from arrival. Great customer service as well

Excellent experience. Went in for new tires. Was given several options to fit my budget. Work was completed within the estimated time. Everybody was professional and courteous. Will definitely be back.
