Awesome and great customer service

I was very well taken care of by Kevin Gilsdorf as he located a replacement tire for me. While the tire was being ordered, I limped to work on the spare. Before going, T.J checked the pressure in all 4 tires and discovered the AAA guy who changed it for me didn't inflate it! T.J. probably save me from a disaster. He was wonderful. Upon returning to receive the new tire, Ken was very proactive in getting the paper work ready, so I could get to a photoshoot in time. You have a staff to be proud of. I will definitely return.

Great as always . .its nice to trust

Have had my car aligned and has been running nice and straight. Unfortunately i took it in for a wheel balancing cause of a small vibration, now the vibration is a little worse. I will be going back to see if they can check it out again. Hopefully it can be resolved. Otherwise great service!

I know you Big O franchises, so it amazes me how every Big O I've gone to over the years has been staffed by good people. There are a lot of shitty tire stores out there, but not you guys! Thanks.

On my way to work blew a Run Flat tire and had a vet appointment that could not be missed. Abe was super helpful and made my day. I was already looking at a $2500+ vet bill and was pleasantly surprised when he informed me that I could replace just the one tire instead of all 4 which I heard was necessary with this type of tire. I got my car inspected here. Everyone was friendly and the time I was quoted was fair and reasonable. A nice waiting area, too.

I went in with two bad tires and they had to go to a ware house to get them, which they did. Ken gave me a ride home. Several hours later I got a call that I also had springs and struts that were shot. I had them replace them and I am so glad I do not have to worry about anything for the near future.

I had taken my car for an alignment to another tire shop after installing new struts and my cat still wasn't driving straight. Took it to Big O Tires and they perfected my steering! Excellent job and friendly staff!
