Big O Tires

I was in the middle of a drive cross country from LA to NY and unfortunately had an issue along the way with one of my tires. I told Dorrian that I needed to be in Kansas City by a specific time and he hooked me up and was able to get me in within the hour. I really appreciate all the help Big O!!!

Ken and his team went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. They were able to diagnose my car's issues, and had me back on the road quickly. When I happened to break down the next day, I had my car towed back to Big O. Even though it turned out to be a completely unrelated issue, Ken still provided me with a rental car so I could get to work (which was really, really amazing -- I'm a teacher, so staying home wasn't an option!). When I came to pick my car up, they'd even replaced the battery at no charge. I cannot express how amazed I am by the service I got. Every single person I interacted with at Big O was professional and empathetic, and my car is running great! Thank you so much for everything -- I really appreciate it!

I came in for a tire rotation and it only took about an hour. I was satisfied and l Iike that you have wifi for your customers. That was very helpful.

I have gone to this particular Big O for over a decade and they have never done me wrong. I am the type of person who doesn't know anything about cars and doesn't particularly care about them; I just want my car to work perfectly forever without having to do any work. The service I receive at Big O has rendered that a reality. One less thing I have to worry about. No problems ever, I just let them take care of everything.

Everyone was friendly from the time I set up an appointment to paying the bill. The team was upfront and honest about what I needed, but also gave me options to work within my budget. The only issue I had was that the website recommended tires that were no longer being sold at the store so my initial due diligence was all off.

I had a nail in my tire and came in to see if it could be patched up, rather than replacing it. Heath and the guys at Big O were friendly and on the ball from the moment I walked in. I got out of there in no time with my tire fixed and running like new. Thanks for all the help guys, will definitely return!

I bought new tires a few months ago and returned for an oil change. Everyone is very professional and they don't try to hassle you with unnecessary add-ons. The wait was acceptable and I'm pleased with the experience.

Great customer service loved being welcomed and not taken for a spin where they want to take all my money. As a young female who knows a lot about my personal car isn't down right disgusting the amount people have tried to make me pay at tire and car stores. This stop however welcomed me and didm take me for a loop will definitely be stopping by again Thanks guys!
