The store is great, Ken is great! HVe been going there for years!

Open early, had tire repaired quickly, and got to work on time!

Ken is one of the most trustworthy human beings in the business. He one of the good guys left in the car repair business that will never "sell you" something that you do not need. I know when I go to Big O Tires, Ken will be respectful, honest and prompt.

The Big O's that I use is always courteous, friendly and efficient. Many times I just drop by without an appointment and they always seem to work me in to their schedule

The reason for my visit was I saw a screw in my back tire. It was explained to me that the location of the screw meant that I would need to purchase a tire because of it being on the top exterior wall. Once the car is brought in the back and the screw was evaluated it was a one in 1 million situation where the screw went in horizontally to the tire not vertically. There was no puncture of the tire that needed to be patched and I did not need a new tire. The young man who helped me made my day. Easily the employees could have said I needed that new tire however they had integrity and we're honest and explained this really odd situation to me. I'm telling everybody I know how wonderful the service is at your store . Honesty, integrity and running an ethical business! Job well done
