I stopped by because of its convenient location and I used to go there years ago for an oil change to get a card really for the phone number to call and schedule an oil change and a wonderful young man named angel let me know that I could get an oil change right then and there he also offered me a coupon to lower the service a little bit as I needed the high-mileage one and I went on and to discuss needing shocks and struts in the near future and he was kind enough to get me a written estimate and they are just so wonderfully friendly professional and service-oriented and I appreciate it more than you know and I'm a customer for life as of now keep up the great work

I went in prior to this and got help ordering the tires I needed. When I arrived a few days later, the tires were there ad ready and the service was quick. Great feeling to get in and out so quickly. Service was excellent.

Thank you for the excellent service! I went in on a Friday afternoon before a holiday and long road trip with a slow leak. Turns out, I had a nail close to the side wall. Ken offered to patch it for me but told me it's not a great spot on the tire to do that. I had Firestone tires and finding a replacement was going to be next to impossible in time for my road trip. Ken gave me a fantastic deal on a set of new tires. I've never been happy with Firestone's customer service so I am happy to move to another Big O supported brand. Thank you again Ken for caring about my safety and for your cheerful attitude. Most places would have turned me away on a Friday close to closing time. Instead, you took the time to help me get back on the road safely. I am now a loyal customer of this particular Big O location.

They tightened a belt for me when they did the oil change and didn't charge a ton for checking something out.

The customer service was good. Also, my vehicle was finished in a timely manner, which is important to me.

My husband got new brakes on his car from Big O on Colfax Ave. in Denver. Within the week, his car started making a terrible noise. We thought it might be related to the new brakes so we brought it back to Big O. The mechanics investigated and found that a rock had wedged itself by one of his dust plates, bending the plate and causing the awful noise. They removed the rock and bent the dust plate back for no charge. We were worried so much about our car, but were glad to find it was nothing serious. We were truly surprised when Big O fixed this problem for us for free. That is great service. We will be using this location again for future car needs.
