Big O Tires

I had a flat on a Monday morning and the wonderful people that work there were able to get everything fixed hours before they had originally indicated. I just moved to this area know this is where I will be going for car care.

Spoke with Mark to set my appointment and he ensured my tires were ordered and ready for my appointment. I arrived as soon as they opened and was one of the first customers to be serviced. These guys know tires and I'm confident I went to the right place.

My wait time wz minimal & they finished quickly even w/a nail in one tire. Great service.

I've been going Big O Tires for many years. I always receive great service. I was there to have a tire repaired but it turned out that the tire needed to be replaced. They replaced the tire and informed me that the tire has a warranty. I was very pleased with the manner in which served me.

Very friendly and efficient. Also, thank you so much for having a variety of magazines. Most auto service places I have been to only have sports (yuck) and auto magazines (also yuck). You had a wonderful variety to accommodate all your customers. Thank you for recognizing that not all auto service customers are male.

Abe was very friendly from the beginning to the end. He provided me options that I hadn't though of so it may my day & situation more bearable. Great follow up as well.

Very friendly staff. Could use better staffing at 7am. I waited in a line for 20minutes to drop off my car. There was only 1 guy at the counter and for each customer he would check them in, go out to their car, come back and then go to the next customer.

I knew what I wanted going in and they were able to get the tires I wanted from the warehouse and get my new tires on the same day, without an appointment. The noticed some leaking fluid during the work, but didn't pressure me into getting it addressed right then. They recommended I check with my mechanic about it, but that they could probably beat their price. Great overall experience.!
