Walking distance. Wide choice of tires cuz scheduled ahead online. Ken called me to say tires were delivered and I could come in early.

I received a free tire rotation and balancing, as I bought the tires from Big O. I asked for an alignment, since my last one was a couple of years ago. After checking, I was advised the tires were within specs. So no alignment needed, and no cost to me. Wonderful.

Ken is awesome! He is always friendly and professional. He is confident in his knowledge which gives me peace of mind when I need service on my vehicles! Thank you Ken!

Even though my online appointment wasn’t showing in their system, they got me in and worked on my car promptly. I was explained what other services were recommended and also given the costs and allowed to decide on those services without feeling pressured to do commit to them right then and there. I will be back to take care of these things as I can because I felt respected, not rushed and like they weren’t trying to take advantage of me being there.

This place is great, I don't usually write reviews & I don't like car shops but this place is exceptional. They are smart, competent, honest, fair, and super nice. And the prices are excellent. Very highly recommended!

I have used this location before for previous service. They are always very courteous. They do a great job and I never feel like I've been taken advantage of. If they come across something else that may need fixing, they let me know if it's something that can wait or needs immediate attention. They have earned my trust.

We appreciated their recommendations of a full service carwash for getting the covering of our headlights polished and cleared. So much brighter now!
