Dropped off my Pilot at 7am, had my flat fixed by 10am, called my wife and she picked up the car by noon. Piece of cake.

Angel was a wonderful tire representative. Informed, responsive, humble. When I pressed him for a larger tire, he wisely went to one of the most experienced mechanics, and was told it would likely rub in the wheel-well. I will definitely come again. I love my new tires.

Service was quick and reasonably priced. The attendant was helpful and knowledgeable.

Went in for an oil change, ended up also buying new tires as I was told mine were worn down and needed replacement. Glad that I found out and purchased solid all-season tires for the upcoming winter. It took less than two hours also, which I was very happy with.

Lots of upselling here. I dont need a $500 rear brake job. Pads would have been fine for this purpose. Money is tight.

Ken is an excellent example of what good customer service should be. He was pleasant and knows how to interact with people. Ken even offered me a ride home while my vehicle was being worked on. Great job Ken.

I came in with a flat tire and came out with 4 brand new tires and an alignment. All handled quickly and politely. (Darn whoever left that leftover razor somewhere that I could get it impaled in my tire!)

I had my tires rotated. The service was less than a half hour. My only complaint is one of the caps on my fill valves was missing. I'll have to go back and get a replacement. Otherwise service was great!

I'm new to the Denver area and Big O Tire has been my go to stop for flats, tire questions and car fixes. I recently visited with a flat tire that they fixed. One drive in, the tire was losing air again. I took it back into the shop to ask for support since it had just been fixed. There weren't clear details in the notes sheet from the previous fix, but a customer service agent was honest about the frustration and the missing details. He had the team check their work and found new damage. I needed new tires, which is never fun, but they made it quick and *somewhat!* painless. I respected the way my claims were handled with honesty and they took steps to fix their mistakes.

I use this location for most of my auto needs, and it is always a pleasure.

Extremely busy and only 2 employees trying to man phones and check in people. Very long line at the reception desk but they did the best they could. Got my car in and out in an acceptable timeframe.

Dropped my car off to have the brakes looked at, they called very soon after drop off, got straight to the point, gave me a quote and had my car done in less than 2 hours. Great fast friendly and reliable service.

Please offer some other method for quoting installed cost other that verbally over the phone. Overall my experience was good, but understanding the details of installed cost was confusing at times.
