A nearly perfect transaction. One issue: When I brought my car in, I asked in addition to having the tire with a slow leak looked at, to also rotate my tires. When my car was ready and the gentleman I was working with went over the bill, I asked if he rotated the tires and he said that he did not. I remember asking him to do this. I was not offered the option to have that done while I was there, so I guess I'll have to come in another time soon to have that taken care of.

So, this may not be a response that you wish to post online, but I will tell you while this is not just a "wonderful" customer service story it does demonstrate what can be a problem and how it was successfully handled. True customer service is only on display based on how problems are handled. I purchased new snow tires for my brand new 2016 Odyssey. Everything went well until several days later, when the warning light came on indicating what looked like a sensor was not synced with the computer. Unfortunately, the computers that you used to sync the tire sensors with the car computers didn't contain what was required for a 2016 Odyssey. That was the bad, I was disturbed that noone indicated to me that you weren't fully equipped to handle this situation when I bought the tires, but on the other hand I understand business and it was reasonable for your staff to have expectations, based on your experience, that all would be fine. So, your staff told me that I needed to take it to the dealer and when I asked if there were any charges by the dealer would you cover them, I was told yes. I assumed that the charges would be incidental and that you would cover them. However, it turned out that one of the sensors was defective and that the cost to replace it would be several hundred dollars, when I called Big O to confirm that you would cover it, I expected an argument. However, despite what I'm sure was way more than your staff ever expected to cover, they covered all of the extensive charges without a single complaint. While this experience was not perfect, I will certainly continue to use Big O for all my tire and repair needs and would highly recommend you to my friends. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect reasonableness and accountability. That's what I got at Big O. Thank You

Was able to walk in and get an oil change/tire rotation in about 45 minutes. They even patched a tire for me for free. Ken helped me at the front desk and was great. I'm not going anywhere else for my vehicle needs.

I went in because I had a low tire so I parked where the service guys come to check the tires, I told him it was extremely low compared to the other 3, he told me put the car in neutral, he check the tire and I had a screw, he told me leave the car parked there and he would repair it quickly, I went inside to tell them what was going on, and one of the employees was very upset, I don't know if he was upset at me or the service man, I explained to him what was going on but he was still bothered at what happened, I just did what the gentleman told me to do. This was the first time I have experienced this, my opinion, that is not very professional, if he had a problem with it, he should have taken his co worker to the side and asked him what was going on, I think he made it a bigger deal than what was going on, he also thought that I was getting the repair for free so the worker asked me to talk with his boss and explain to him with what was going on. It's Aways A Good Experience,My Only Issues Are That They Needed To Keep The Kids Playroom A Little More Tidy,There Was Little Balls On The Floor Left Where Someone Could Slip Slip And Fall .Also,Reopen Again On Sunday's,And Last,Not Sure They Will Match Prices Like Midas,Midas Printed Out A Price Quote To Do A Front End Alignment For $40.00 On My '92 Saab 9000 Turbo Hatchback 2.34L [It's A Front Wheel Drive Vehicle],Not Sure Big O Will Compete On That Level.
