Big O Tires

The alignment was taken care of after we blew out a tire and had to replace it just after replacing all 4 tires. We were outside of the 30 day window but Ken, the manager, was willing to work with us and get the situation resolved.

The young man (name started with a D) that helped show me how the inflatable spare worked and fixed my tire was knowledgable and friendly. Did not recommend expensive fix. He is a keeper.

I'm unsure the alignment has been corrected as my car is still pulling to the right. I did not receive stats on the alignment before and after. I plan on coming back in to get that information and have it rechecked after I get back from a vacation.

Heath was great and got me in prior to closing. The entire shop went above and beyound and met my schedule of getting me new tires installed quickly.

just came in to have a tire purchased with road hazard warranty checked out because it kept loosing air. They found a nail in it and repaired it for free. In the past when I've needed a new tire under the warranty they have also performed flawlessly.

The service representative was courteous and kept me advised of the work that was being done. The tire that I had repaired was fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Very affordable.

When I bought the tire warranty, I expected it to cover everything. I was not expecting extra fees to mount a new tire, etc.

I got a flat tire fixed very quickly. They called me right away, and they fixed it first thing in the morning.

LOng wait (2hrs) and then told they didn't have the parts and I would need to come back another day.

I arrived very close to closing time at this location. I had a puncture in my rear tire and they had to replace the tire. My car was finished quickly and the entire staff that I came into contact with were very friendly.
