Big O Tires

Service writer was helpful and friendly, but the oil change took two hours. FI felturthermore I had a coupon that I paid for last April for 3 oil changes, only one of which had been used. When I presented the coupon to the agent, he said it expired last week (with 2 unused oil changes!) I told him that I always upgraded to the synthetic (for 7500 miles between changes), and that I hadn't driven very much, so I felt that I should still be able to use it. He said, "sorry." He did give me a discount, though.

I always get great service when I come to this location. Kent is great.

Replaced headlight, and deflated over-inflated tire. Always prompt and courteous.

Anthony called to advise me of the problem with my truck, suggested solutions and called when the service was complete. The work was done in a short period of time.

I have been visiting the Colfax Big-O for 20 years. Ken is always straight with me and my family.

My visit was pleasant as usual. I have been taking my car to this location for oil changes for about 3 years and each time it's a quick and easy event.

Great service...my only negative is the cost. I bought 2 sets of tires from Big O Tires and I still got charged $80.00 some dollars to put snow tires on. My daughter and husband took their Audi's to discount tires to put snow tires on, they were charge $128.00 for two cards.

In true Big-O fashion, they were courteous, friendly and because my tires had covered, I paid a minimal amount for my slow leak on my tire.

The guys there are obviously very busy. Seems like you guys could benefit by offering a mobile tire service where you'd have trucks traveling to specific addresses for new tires, rotations and other maintenance. Retail locations seem to no longer be the preferred business location by consumers.

Friendly, efficient service. I appreciated the comfortable waiting area and selection of magazines.

after discovering the rear wheel getting loose after a recent tire rotation, you guys stepped up and assessed the situation and replaced the lug nut bolts for that wheel and the lugnuts. thanks!!

Would have been all 5's but I had my tires rotated and one of my "hub caps" did not get put back on or not put on correctly and came off. I noticed it the next day which was Sunday. Called Monday and they told me to come in. I couldn't go in until the next Saturday. They said they didn't have it and that was it.

I travel way out of my way to go to this location..I live right by the one on Havana. They are ALWAYS courteous, efficient and go out of their way to help at the Colfax location
