Big O Tires

This was my first experience with Big O Tires; it will not be my last. I was greeted with eagerness and friendliness. I was given a very fair quote for my needs, the work was completed before the projected time, and I am very happy with the product and the service. Thank you. The only reason I rated everything as 4 is because I teach at a school where we don't score above a 4.5 as a reminder to always strive to be better and to remember to remain humble. Thank you for your excellent service and work!

I worked with Anthony to get a new set of tires and rear brakes.He was confident knowledgeable, and sincere, which made the transaction that much easier.I would certainly return for my car service needs.

Had a great conversation with the manager. He worked hard to fit me in and get me on my way fast.

Due to the constant construction in my neighborhood, I frequently get nails/screws in my tire. Big O patches them quickly and cheaply. The staff is always friendly.

I took my Prius in for an oil change and tire rotation. Had to wait about 30 minutes to get in (no appointment), then 30 minutes for the service. It's a nice waiting area with coffee. The techs did forget to put my mileage sticker/next oil change due on my windshield. I asked for it and got it.

I got a nail in my tire on Christmas Eve. So Saturday after Christmas at 8 a.m. I walked around the corner on grape Street and Colfax and told them about my car. They came and looked at it at my apartment building and took it in filled up the tire and took out the nail. I went in later to pick it up and they were absolutely swamped with customers and the phone ringing off the hook. I wanted to tell you that the service men were very pleasant they didn't get frazzled, they kept a smile on their faces the entire time. And best of all, they didn't charge me a thing! I was amazed and grateful, they are fantastic.

I had my tires rotated and I was in and out in no time! The staff was helpful and polite and they saved my afternoon!

My experience with a flat tire and replacing all my tires was great.

Had a screw in my tire and was repaired quickly even when short staffed! Unable to give 5 stars... that would be perfect and no one is. Chairs although designed for comfort, have seen better days. Other than that, it was a great experience!

I brought my car in for an oil change but knew I might some maintenance work. The crew were very helpful and actually got my car out sooner than expected. I didn't get a sticker on my windshield with the date of need for my next oil change, that is a bummer.

I stopped by to get a leaky tire patched. Turns out it was a nail in the sidewall. My car is new and leased so Spencer suggested I go through the dealership since it is under warranty. I really appreciated his advice and while I did not get my new tire here, I would give them my business any chance I get!

I loved the kido play area,new black top,the decore in the bathroom! I called Ken and he had what I wanted for my car,tires and a battery. He went out of his way to make me fill at home.Got It done! Thanks Ken and Thad Ant was very good to! Smile more Anthony! It took 2 an half hours which I didn't mind. Job done well if they got the time down would even be greater; but I would like done well better.They're very carefull when moving the cars around and I must say that was the first time I walked around it with new valve stems and caps.

Had my brakes done and the manager there Ken is excellent to work with. Absolutely was able to work with me to get this job done.

Very good service and work

Received prompt service. I had summer tires removed and winter tires installed. I had to return to have information given to me on how to reset TPMS warning lamp. It would have saved me considerable time if I would have been provided with this information at time of initial visit.

Have had an alignment here twice after trying other shops who have made my steering worse. This place does an excellent job! My car drives great now!
