Big O Tires

I had a great first encounter when I came in for new tires. I worked with Ken and didn't feel I was pressured into buying anything above my needs. However, I was frustrated I had to return since the new tire gasket was left open and therefore went flat upon returning home.

This store is great! They're busy so you should know you will be waiting a while but prepare for that and it shouldn't be a problem. They're good about recommending needed services and not pushing unnecessary items. Also - they won't talk down to you. Having worked as a service advisor for ten years for Honda, Toyota, and Subaru - its nice to go into an auto shop where the guys don't know your background and they're not condescending. I recommend this store!

I am consistently happy with the results of the work that Big O Tires on Colfax does.Whether it's an oil change or something more complicated, I come away feeling that they have performed the necessary work my car needs.Wait times can be long.

I always get my tires and oil changes at big O. You guys are quick and do a great job. My only draw back is some of the sales techniques used. I am just fine knowing what else needs attention with my vehicle but when I get a call that is full of scare tactics thats when enough is enough.

I purchased a coupon for these services and when I arrive, I am told that I must also pay additional costa (tax, and etc)., this is false advertisement and misleading since this now will mean the total cost of services has increased. With the increase, I must adjust. I should have been advised and equipped with this information prior to purchase. I wish I had the opportunity to make an appointment so I would not have to wait for extended time for the assessment.

I needed tires and wanted to come back with an appointment and the salesman told me I could get in right away...I waited and hour!

For all of my car maintenance needs, I prefer to take it in to the Big O Tires location on E. Colfax Ave in Denver. The staff is polite, takes the time to walk me through the issues with my car, and double-checks on any additional maintenance my Jeep needs. Trustworthy and timely.

A few hiccups at first, but the manager, Ken, set things right with a follow up appointment.

Beyond Great: I recently got a nail stuck in my tire and after rudely being denied service by another Big O Tires I called this location. They were happy to have my business and told me to come right on in. They were friendly and even gave me an estimated time of when they could have it fixed. The location was clean and in a great location. Thank You, so much for saving the day.

Everyone at the store was incredibly friendly and they got my service completed an hour quicker than I originally anticipated! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Awesome experience overall and I will be back as well as sending everyone I know their way!

Stopped in for an oil change, was greeted in the parking lot where the tech began the intake paperwork, then went inside, discussed the service I needed.He was very friendly and professional.All and all I was there may 45 minutes start to finish.
