Big O Tires

I don't really know anything about tires but the car drives better now and is noticeably more quiet.

I'm assuming that 5 is the best score. I had a very good experience, good advice on tires and very efficient service.

I had never gone to Big O Tires but was having problems with one tire and they were in my neighborhood so decided to try them. I was very satisfied with their service. Only experienced one problem and that was they didn't refill the air to the PSI recommended.

Very kind and took care of my flat tire and showed me my warranty so that it wasn't outrageous to get it fixed.

The staff was courteous and performed my service in a timely manner.

It is so upsetting when your car acts up but last week I had a light on my dashboard and when I went to Big O Tires my car was taken in to be checked out and then I was taken back into the bay and shown what the problem was.Parts were ordered and my car was repaired.I am so happy that I have found Big O tires

Came in for an oil change. Had called the night before and was recommended to come in early at opening to get it done fast. Made it there 5 min before opening and was the second person in line. It did end up taking about 90 min for an oil change, but I saw that they quickly became backed up with a nearly 4hr wait. I was happy to wait for my car, and that the previous evening the guy on the phone had thought to suggest an early in time if I wanted it done fast. This location earned my business this past summer over the 4th of July weekend when I had a flat, they changed it out and put on my spare and rotated my tires for free, and later when I came back to get a full set; they did their best to work with me on the most affordable set of tires that I needed for my vehicle. I've really been pleased with their service here! I will be coming back when I need my brakes fixed as well.

Kevin did a GREAT job greeting me, entering my info in the computer, juggling all the customers, getting my tire patch handled in a timely manner, and finishing the transaction. Your service people were fast! I really appreciate such a quick, painless, economical experience!

All staff were friendly and considerate, making sure I got a ride home so I didn't have to wait for hours in the store with a baby.

Had a flat on my CRV, and was told that if it can't be repaired, I'll need to replace all four tires since it's an AWD. I was anxious since if I were to be told that it couldn't be repaired, I would just have to take your word for it. Luckily, I got a call 1 1/2 hours later telling me that it's fixed. $23.56 is way better than paying $500+ for all four tires. Thanks for your integrity.

Have done minor service work and replaced a set of tires on both of our vehicles the last couple years. Very satisfied with the quality of work and staff is friendly.

Ken was great! I talked with Anothony on the phone the day before and he was also great! Matched a price from another store, reassured me that I was picking good tires, helpful etc. Brought my car in after frustrations with dealership- Ken took care of it all, looked over the car for me- honest thorough feedback. Very happy!

They are my favorite shop. Ken is great. They could use a little more front office staffing on weekend mornings. Thinking that causing a line is good customer service is flawed. Thinking they will slow down the back of the house if they do is silly. We all know we need to leave our vehicle for service on the weekends.

Fast, immediate and courteous service

Manager was courteous and respectful. Unfortunately, someone in the shop did not take off and dispose of a tire that needed to be disposed of. This was due to his failure to read, or understand, what the manager had written. Not able to discern bad tire when not mounted.

I came in at a very busy time. I got the help I needed. The staff were most knowledgeable and helpful. They had a "rookie" working, and I appreciated the fact that Big O is hiring, and I appreciated the fact that the "new guy" was given time to work with me, even though he did need some help. Everybody deserves a chance.

This location has serviced my vehicles for years. The manager and his mechanics are some of the best. Honest, efficient and priced right.

I went yesterday and appreciated the great service.
