Everything went fine. I only have two observations and they seem to apply to every place that handles my tires: (1) The car manufacturer specifies 30 PSI for all my tires but mechanics always over inflate them (this time to 36.5 psi) and then I have to bleed them back down to 30 PSI. (2) I check my tire pressure weekly so it sure would be nice if all the valves were oriented the same when the tires are rotated - say, at the top of the wheel. That way I would not have to get down on my knees or move the car to check one or more of the tires.

This review pertains to my most recent visit on 4/10/17 and my experience with Ken the manager, who took great care of me and my situation. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is I wanted to let you know that prior to this experience, I was a little frustrated with the customer service I received over the phone. I had my car in to service a tire that was leaking at the rim in February, and the technician would have needed to use our rim locks to get the tire off to be serviced. After the service I was given the keys back and went on my way, not thinking about the rim lock. Everyone I dealt with that day was great. When the tire went flat again we discovered the rim lock was missing, and after owning the car for about 10 years now we have kept the lock in the exact same spot and never had an issue - perhaps I am not remembering the technician giving me back the rim lock, but from my perspective there was never any exchange of the rim lock and therefore the store would have the missing lock. At this point, who really knows - I called the store to ask them and was told I would need to bring the car in so the technicians could go through their locks and see if one matches. This was a problem since the tire was flat and I had no way of changing out the spare without the rim lock, but I was willing to figure that piece out; the rep I spoke with didn't seem to register the problem or suggest any other solution other than me bringing the car in. I asked the rep on the phone (do not recall his name) if I would possibly be able to get it in for service that day, or if they were expecting to be busy, and the response was "well it's going to take time to go through all of our locks.." I understand, but I was just trying to gauge whether that day (Monday) tends to be busy in the afternoons, should I maybe try another day, etc. etc. and his response again was "we are a first-come, first-serve business, so you'll just have to come in when it works for you and see what the wait looks like." I completely understand he can't make an appointment or guarantee that I could be seen in a certain amount of time, but every repair/tire/car shop I've ever been to seems to be pretty dialed in on their high volume days/hours, etc. and this info would have been very helpful to me, who is trying to get a car with an active leak in the tire addressed in a somewhat timely manner. This was really the one point in my experience with the shop that really irked me, because the person on the phone was pretty short and just didn't seem to be listening or even caring that they may have possibly kept our rim lock in error. In the end, Ken the manager ended up sending a tech to our house to check his locks, none of which worked, and he helped us come to a solution of changing out the lock for a regular bolt and even addressed an issue with our Big-O issued tire which we were not aware of and would have been a safety issue. His customer service is excellent, and I am sure that the person I dealt with over the phone is not a commonplace occurrence under Ken's leadership. I appreciate the store trying to make an unfortunate situation right, and helping to make the remaining process easy and streamlined. My family has been Big-O customers for about 20+ years now and while I hope there may be some additional training no customer service over the phone, I don't think that is a regular practice and will definitely still utilize the shop going forward.

They got me in without any issue and got my oil changed quickly.A few minor annoyances that they did not replace the window sticker and did not reset the maintenance light.Hopefully nothing else was skipped.

This last Tuesday, Nov. 1st, I had an appointment at the "Rose Medical Ctr." We drove into Denver for that appointment. Afterward we came out to our car and found that the right rear tire was flat. The valet parking attendants changed the tire for us, but then I needed directions to the nearest tire center, (not being from Denver) I had no idea where to go. The valets gave us directions to the "Big O Tire Center" and there I met "Kevin" who very expertly took care of us. I really appreciate Kevins friendliness and expert ability in caring for us in our time of need. And the price was very reasonable and done in a timely manner. Again....Thank you.

I had got a oil change and when I got there other things need to be fix but I just don't understand why my gas is still evaporating quickly
