Big O Tires

I had called prior to coming in and felt like the first guy I talked to was very friendly, but when I called again to make an appointment, they were not as friendly. They don't make appointments, even though website says, which is fine. When I asked if he had the tires I need, he seemed put out for having to look them up. I wanted to make sure they were in stock before I went there. When I got there the man didn't have the best customer service and seemed annoyed, but I remained upbeat because everyone had a bad day. A different person rang us up and he was a little more friendly. I guess it's just who you speak with.

Repaired flat tire.

The work was done in a timely manner but when I got home I noticed that old fashioned lead wheel weights had been clipped on to the outside of my wheels rather than the newer style flat weight that sticks on the inside of the wheel with adhesive and are out of sight. I havent seen anyone use these old clip on weights in years. I plan to return to the store and hopefully get these replaced.

I went to Big O Tires this afternoon and had a fantastic experience. Brady was professional, patient, trustworthy, knowledgeable and kind. I felt very respected and taken care of. I very much appreciate his dedication to taking care of his customers. Even when customers (whom I would consider difficult, high maintenance people) approached the counter, this staff handled their concerns with grace and poise. I was very impressed. Thank you!

I found my old spark plugs sitting beneath my windshield wipers. I guess the person who replaced them put them there and forgot to dispose of them.

I was very impressed by how timely they got my car finished and I was so glad they could help me make a good decision about a tire.

I would have liked to receive a more clear explanation of how the procedure was going to be to have the wheel of my car replaced.

I truly know these things can happen but I took my car in for Air Conditioning repair, and have spent almost 1000.00 in parts and labor , and still have no Air Conditioning.

I wish I could go back in time to edit my original review. Best tire store I've ever been to.

They were very helpful! I wish they had offered a free alignment check. Otherwise, they really helped me out and they were quick and accommodating.

I had my snow tires removed , and had the alignment checked. I was told my car needed an alignment, so I OKed that. when I saw the results, one tire was slightly out of camber, all others were good. I am not convinced an alignment was needed, so I feel like I was charged for an unnecessary service.I have been a customer for a long time, and have generally had good service. I don't think this is typical of your service, but it makes me question whether I will believe the staff in the future.

Tire-slasher attack in my neighborhood--got all new tires. Was in and out in less than an hour.

I was happy that they were able to fix a problem with my car but was a little disappointed that they didn't look into the check engine light for me. I spent over $500 this visit and think they could have done that for me without charge.

Great store and location, very knowledgeable people who worked at this store.
