I had a tire emergency and the staff was extremely helpful in getting me new tires installed. I have used this Big O several times and it is the only place I trust to bring our cars!

Friendly and faster than expected service.

The big o staff always take care of my issues quickly and they are busy most of the time. They really make me feel like I'm there only costumer.

My goodness!! The customer service was - once again - AHmazing at Big O Tires / Colfax!! While on my way to an appointment, I realized I had a hole in one of my tires, and big O tires was able to get me in on a walk in basis, and provided me with a cozy camper chair out in front of their store, while I sat in the sun, for just 20 minutes, while they fixed my tire. The kindness, informative customer service, and rapid response was quite extraordinary! Highly recommend!!
