I don't take my car anywhere but Big O tires. I trust the service they provide and Keith and the crew always get me in and out in a timely manner.

I previously bought tires at this location on Colfax two years ago. I decided to repeat my experience. This last Thur June 2nd I purchased 4 tires to be placed on my car. I then drove down to Fountain Colorado to stay the night before an appointment I had the next morning in Pueblo. Upon waking I discovered my passenger front tire was flat . After inflating the tire I took the vehicle to your locationjust north of Pueblo. They informed me the the old gasket on the valve stem/pressure sensor was rotted and failed. At no charge they replaced the gasket. I then checked the receipt from the day before and saw an $8 charge per tire for the replacement of the gaskets on each tire. I then called Spencer at the location on Colfax and informed him of the failure and my frustation in being charge for work that was not done.

I've been a customer of Big O Tires on East Colfax for at least 5 years and have never had any problems whatsoever.

Tires were not properly balanced. Resulted in shimmying at high speeds. I had them rebalanced on my road trip.

Happy w product..although counter person condescendingand gave me conflicting info..to be expected at a car servicing place..also told me i needed an inside passengerair filter..never heard of such a thing..and at 30000...total bs..but expected bs

I purchased 4 new Big O tires and had them installed on custom rims on a '06 Scion xB. The tires are fine, if not bit expensive, but I went with the Big O brand because of the warranty and replacement coverage. I also received an alignment when it was found to be needed after a standard alignment check. It also needed a part, which was purchased and installed. My problem is that my custom rims had the valve stems changed and when your crew did this, they did not transfer the chrome stem covers and two of the chrome valve covers to the new tires/wheels. Now I need to make time go back to Big O tire to have them put back on, if they have them. I have talked to Kevin who helped me with the original service and he seems to think it will not be a problem, but it is very frustrating that these were not installed at the same time the new tires were put on the car. Your mechanics should reinstall everything they take off of a car and treat every vehicle they work on like it is their own.

We had a bunch of deferred maint. work done on both of our vehicles. It had been so long, we weren't even sure anymore what all was needed. Ken was great about checking everything and keeping us informed. He even called us WITHOUT PRMOPTING to let us know when things were done.

The air filter needed for my truck was not in stock. The service engine soon light was not reset after the service. Windshield was not washed. Garbage from the service was left on the driver's side floor of my truck.

I went in for a standard oil change. The mechanics found a few issues (Front axle) and rear struts need to be replaced. I opted to replace the front axle for safety. After I picked up my vehicle, when breaking, my car makes a weird clicking noise. I called up Big O and took my car back to the shop. After inspection, they told me nothing is wrong and that they checked everything. I find this difficult to believe considering the sound/issue was not present until I had them replace the axle on my car. I can't identify what's causing it and it's very annoying.

I've been going to the same Big-O for years now. I like the consistency of the service. But, this last time they brought out two filters in obvious need of replacement. So bad, in fact that they should have replaced them several oil changes before. I don't think that they had looked at them. Really? Then the advisor told me about some work that needed done. Ok, I do things on time. He promised me some coupons in the mail. It was ten days ago and the coupons have not arrived. Did he send them? Things don't seem to get "lost in the mail" the way they used to. I don't know. I'm re-thinking my relationship with Big-O.

I love this spot. Ken is very knowledgeable about tires and has taught me how to shop for tires, use discernment when selecting, and whats important for safety reasons like speed rating and sidewall stiffness. I live in Salida and sometimes Denver and I run studs for the winter and all seasons in the spring through fall. These guys take care of everything for me, even my oil changes! I trust them to do a go job, they are priced reasonably and Ken has integrity in service. In a world where qualities like that are becoming a rarity, it is nice to find friend in the tire business! :)

I have bought my tires exclusively at Big O Tires since 2010. Always have I had excellent service and professional advice. However this time was a different. I bought 4 new snow tires this last Saturday, October 13, 2018. I called and was given a quote of $496.00. That was fine. When I got there I spoke with Anthony and he already had the quote in the computer and proceeded to take my car and put on the new tires. What I didn't get was ANY kind of introduction to the tires. I had to ask about the tires while I was waiting for them to finish. They NEVER mentioned any kind of warranty, life of the tires or anything else. I found this to be odd because with all my other tires they have explained what kind of tires I was getting, life span of tires and warranty. I have to say I really wasn't pleased with this visit. I do believe in your product(s) and will continue to shop there. Hopefully this won't happen again.

The emphasis that the shop that I went to seem to be more emphasized on increasing sales and not on the concerns of the customers. Salespersons very nice as all salespeople.
