Big O Tires

I asked about a discount for purchasing my snow tires there last year and the person I spoke to responded to me in a way that felt betliitling by repeating over and over that he actually pays his employees and that that don't work for free.

Great experience

The store where my tires were bought has closed. When I called the the number on my invoice it didn't tell me that the store was closed. I called a couple of Big Os near me and got " we are all separately owned and we can't look up your invoice. I had road side assistance but no one called the home office or told me to call the office. I spent 24 ours with a Big O tire that ended up having to be replaced. I also had to but road side assistance from MY insurance company even though I had it though Big O. It was very frustrating, I requested a refund of the 20 that was charged on my phone. Spend two hours on replacing two tires and an alignment, and yet the car still pulls to the right side, $109 wasted, extremely upset, not recommending or choosing this business for any tire related issues in the future.

Great experience.

The problem with this store is attitude. I trade here because it is very convenient and the work is acceptible. But the attitudes of several of the older more senior employees often leaves much to be desired. The younger workers are often much more pleasant and usually more inclined to be helpful. Maybe because the store is on east Colfax or maybe because some workers there are burned out.... I don't know.

Used them last week and the tem was expert and consumer friendly

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Staff were pleasant. I was called and told I needed my front brakes replaced which would cost around $400. I declined the service. I later took my car to my regular service station and was told that the brakes had life left on them and they could "not ethically justify replacing them at this time."� This appears to be a case of trying to up-sell an expensive repair service that wasn't needed. I certainly won't return to Big O and I will share this experience with friends.

While the staff was very polite and friendly even during a busy day, I had two negative aspects to my experience: 1. I was told the wait would be 1-2 hours, and I was waiting in the store for over 3 hours. 2. I asked for a recommendation for a good, standard all-weather tire, and later found out that I was really upsold (I almost want to say, misled) by the staff. It's my own fault for not doing better research ahead of time, but I wish I could have trusted the staff there to make an appropriate recommendation and not just tell me that an extremely expensive option was my best choice. Update: After submitting this review I was called by this location to listen to and address my concerns. I really appreciated them giving me a call and wanting to hear more about my experience during my visit and what I wish had happened differently. They also offered to run a $75 credit to my card. I appreciate the good faith call and gesture from the store and again was dealt with very professionally and politely.

They switched out my tires for me and adjusted my alignment, all within about an hour. Always friendly and helpful service.

Had a 7am appt. the customer service rep was rude and snappy, I don't know if he forgot to have some coffee before clicking in, but the tone he had with me was unacceptable. I called to check on my car at 11:30ish and the employee on the phone was short and provided terrible customer service, they also hung up after stating the status of the car without asking if I had any other questions. Just hung up without a thank you or goodbye. Even though I live around the corner I will go elsewhere.

Trouble locating white wall tires for my classic 66 mustang.These guys rock as they found some for my stang and made it look great.

My experience was fair except I overheard the employees telling each other inappropriate stories, and after I had been waiting almost two hours to have my snow tires changed out for my regular tires, I saw my car sitting out in the parking lot, finished. It took another 15 minutes for me to pay and get my keys back, a 2 minute process. Was not too impressed with the prices, would rather support local business with a more professional and customer service based atomosphere.

The manager was awesome! He was informative and accommodating. Super friendly and professional. Called to let me know the progress and when I could come back for my SUV. Will refer and always go there for car service needs!

Took 2 hours longer than advised with no updates.

I had a flat tire and they were able to fix it without an appointment in just half hour! They communicated well and I found it to be very affordable.

I ended up to paying $50 for nothing?!

The gentleman that helped me was such a nice guy! I would go out of my way to go to that store again! Thank you!
