I came in for brake pad replacement, an alignment and window repair. When I left, my radio antennae was broken. When I pointed this out to Ken he told me to take it to Toyota, but as things stood he didn't feel Big O was responsible. I was hoping to use Big O as my primary car and tire service in the future. That won't be happening now.

Spencer special ordered the tires without requiring a credit card. Called when they arrived, installed on time for the quoted price. These days, finding a service provider that just simply does what they say they will do is a big deal. Or in this case a Big O deal (sorry, i couldn't resist). This is my new goto tire store!

It was absolutely aweful. Trying to give me unnecessary service.

I waited for my vehicle to get the oil changed and a tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised that I didn't wait that long.

They stole my sunglasses I had in my car. Plus I had to come back because they forgot to put the new tire I had just purchased in the spare rim. Terrible experience

I went to Big O for a tire and was so pleased that I went back for regular mechanical service. The customer service is great and they are helpful and efficient.

The guy selling me the tires said he doesn't use snow tires and doesn't really know if they are worth it over all seasons, whoever the mechanic if you can call him that was decided he wanted to do a burnout on my new tires. Then I'm guessing wanted to here the blow off valve so he just reved the shit out of my car to the rev limiter in the parking space enough I could hear it from inside the building. Before directly shutting the car off at rpm. That's a sure way to siez a turbo you can't rev a turbo engine to the max then shut it off directly after.

Truly a fine experience for myself, as a first time customer I found your staff to be very helpful and right on top of things. Your store has become my tire go to store. Thank You for exceeding my expectations!

Rude service. They called to say my car was ready, however when I got there they said there was nothing wrong with my headlight. Clearly my headlight was out and they simply chose not to fix it. Then when I said I didn't have time for them to complete the job I asked for, a rude older employee said "that's what's wrong with your generation, nobody's got time" I had the time to fix it. I left my car at the shop for 3.5 hours and could've left it all day if you didn't call to tell me it was ready. It was your mistake and I did not appreciate being treated like that. I will no not return to your shop.

Unusally bad experience with your store. Turned away once for leaking tire becuase they were too busy and now the repair is leaking worst than before. A 30 minute promised turn around turned into an hour wait and then a charge on warrentied tires!? Im taking my truck back to my local dealer for a follow up to this nonsense.

I'm so happy you asked...On Friday, May 25, I dropped my car off at the store at 5405 E. Colfax to have my rear brakes replaced. I was there at 7 am, but the store was not open. Five customers waited outside until 7:15 when another employee who had to be called finally showed up with a key. I left my car and waited to hear when it would be complete. They called a few hours later stating my front brakes needed to be replaced also. I might as well pay the $850 and be set for a while. I have just over 100k on my car and I would love to see it reach 200. I also drive for Uber on the weekends to make extra money, and my car maintenance is important to me. I picked up my car on Friday afternoon, after the mechanic completed his test drive. I then picked up my kids from school so I could bring my daughter to an xray appointment across town. We then stayed in for the night. On Saturday, I went on an errand to Cherry Creek and then decided to head out to drive for Uber the rest of the day. I heard a "clunk" when I left Cherry Creek, but it lasted a second and nothing continued to make noise after, or feel weird when driving. I drove for six hours. Around the fifth hour, I had 3 Belgium government officials in my car. I picked them up downtown and drove them out to Chambers and I-70 where they were staying for the weekend. They were here working on official business for the weekend. When we reached the exit, this awful clunking noise continued from the front of the car. I quickly dropped them off and headed back to Denver. The sound wouldn't stop. I assumed it must be the new brakes. Maybe a pad was slightly out of alignment or something possibly just came loose. I parked the car for the night hoping to reach a store before they closed. I called a Big O in Aurora that was closing in 10 minutes and asked if they had any advice. All he could tell me was that all the stores and warehouse would be closed until Tuesday morning and there was nothing they could do. Keep in mind, this is now Saturday night, on a holiday weekend...without having the car on blocks, we would have no idea what was wrong. After much searching, I was able to find a shop open on Sunday morning. Firestone had a full day of autos to work on, but promised to get my car up during the day before they closed. I wanted to bring it back to Big O, but the sound it was making concerned me. I would not carry my children in this car and at this point, I was missing out on two more days of also driving and making additional income. At 1 pm the mechanic at Firestone called me. He said, "You are one incredibly lucky woman. You lost two lug nuts on the front tire and not one of your lug nuts on all four tires had been tightened down. You could have lost one, if not all your tires, while driving yesterday." Needless to say, I'm still in shock. I had more than 20 lives in my car on Saturday, ALONG WITH MY CHILDREN on Friday night. I don't want to dwell on "what could have happened", but there is no excuse for this type of neglect. I can not imagine the millions in lawsuits your shop and Big O corporate just narrowly missed if my car lost a tire on the highway. Not only from my passengers or Uber, but from me personally or my family. I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. I tell friends and family to go to Big O for service. I will no longer do this. I should not have to pay for my brakes and would like a full refund. I would also like the to be reimbursed the $30 I paid for two lug nuts and the $200 I missed out in income on Sunday. The anxiety and stress of finding out how many lives were in jeopardy this weekend due to neglect makes me sick. Several individuals have stated I should still seek legal council. Instead, I am reaching out to you, I will contact the shop on Tuesday, and I will send a copy of this to corporate. I will wait to hear from you and see what you decide is the correct course of action for what could have been a life-ending mistake and neglect.

Usually I've had muting but great experiences with Big O. However the last the visits have been horrible experiences. I bought my wife four new tires. They did not seal the tires, causing them to deflate and trigger the sensors in the car. I returned the car and was advised the issue would be corrected. That was not the case. They only seals two of the tires. Had to return the car a third time only for my wife to be accused of lying. The salesman stated they would "never" forget to seal tires. He even asked my wife what else could possibly be causing the issues. Isn't he the "tire guy"? After checking his computer he found the last person left a more saying the front tires weren't sealed. After they sealed the back tires there was no apology, but there was definitely and upsell attempt.

After arguing with me about how my tires would not fit on my car and rub against my strut because he took a measuring tape, he wouldn't even try to put one on and see if it worked, despite the fact that the company I bought the wheels from and I did extensive research on the vehicle fitting the wheels. He gave me new sensors and tried to make me pay for them when I never agreed to buying new ones, but had discussed using my old ones. After finally getting sick of it I asked for him to just but the tires on and give me my wheels. I then had to go home and spend even more time working on it myself. Well, the wheels absolutely fit, they did not rub on anything or take up too much space, and now my sensors are going off because I did not have the wheels installed there like I planned. Even just trying one tire or caring in some way about customer service would be nice when someone is spending money at your establishment.

I regularly take my car to the store on Colfax near Monaco for oil changes. The staff is always very nice and easy to work with. I usually stop by right before the store opens on a Saturday morning and they get me in and out in 60-90 minutes. I would recommend this store.
