Big O Tires

Came in for a nail patch that was repaired. The tech filled tires to incorrect PSI. Late that day TPM light came on again, came back told me i had side wall damage. Why I wasnt told that from the beginning I dont know, when i returned I was pushed toward their prefered brand of course. I ended up getting tires from Discount.

All the people that work there are very nice and quite helpful.

The warranty is a complete scam. Big O takes their profits on the front end and the back end. What is the use of a manufacturer warranty and an extra warranty if Big O still charges on top of that to change the tire? I will not go back to Big O again. Completely unethical business practices.

I had the full tire warranty. I did get a tire,but after the tire was on the car I was charged $38 for labor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The manager of this shop is such a jerk it makes it unbearable to get work done here. I didn't catch his name, but he has gray hair and talks to you like you're a moron for no reason at all right out of the gate. Prepared to get ignored, and when he does deign to acknowledge you, he's going to try to muscle you into doing what he wants by talking over you, rolling his eyes, and slow talking. I had every intention of getting my car fixed here, but left because I just couldn't bear to give this guy money. Judging by your rating being way higher here than it is anywhere else, you're probably filtering bad reviews out. Don't worry, I'll post it everywhere else too.

I walked in at 2:00 PM to look for 4 new Big-O All-Terrain tires for my '03 4 Runner. They had 4 tires in stock and had them installed by 4:00PM. I was impressed with the service to say the least!

I took my car but I'm not happy

Damon was amazing! Great customer service and got me out the door quickly. Damon should get a raise for how quickly he got me out the door with new tires!

Last November I purchased 4 brand new tires. I came to get my first lifetime rotation, but also needed the tires mounted on new wheels I just recently bought. The tires ended up in the same place on the car even though mounted on the new wheels, AND the old wheels were just carelessly tossed in my back seat, leaving permanent grease stains from those wheels on my cloth interior. Very unprofessional. The wait was so long, and the paving of your parking lot was such a hassle to maneuver, that I just drove away rather than go back in to address the issue. Won't be returning, and won't send any friends or family.

I had a great experience. I had a slow leak in my tire after I hit a road cut. I thought I bent my rim but it turned out I had a nail. I was very happy I didn't have to buy a new rim. Anyway, Anthony did a great job helping me out and getting me in and out very quickly. Linda Straface

my car was ready promptly...at 10.45am...asked for closing time...6pm...i could not return until then because i was caring for my infant grandchild while her parents were at work...called at 6 to say i was almost there...2 blocks away...was told i would not be able to get my car b/c they had closed cashregister...no ck., cc, or cash. i live in Eagle Co....had to rent car to get home...never again Big O...what horrid service.

The gentleman who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. Within a couple minuteshe was able to diagnose the issue with my tire and provide an estimate for repair costs and time. My car was ready to go within an hour and at exactly the quoted cost. Could not have had a better experience!

Not great. Swap snow tires for my regular tires. When I left there was a loud clanking on the right side. Had to go back, it was an easy fix, but still Also was told at the start that my 2 front tires were no good for the next year, that Big O would deal take them and deal with it. After I left the second time I realized all 4 old tires were in my car but I'd been charges for disposal. I called and asked to just refund my CC, but they said I'd have to come back in to return them. For $6 I said not worth my time just refund on the card or I'd move on. On top of all this the service was $25 higher than what I have been paying at Firestone. I went there originally because my wife was going there so it was convenient, but for $50 more for both cars and the hassle.

Had a flat tire and went to Big O for service. There was no charge because I had purchased my tires there. They are always prompt and helpful.

Will not be returning

I love the customer care at Big O Tires on the Fax (E. Colfax-that is)!

$400 estimate more than the Toyota dealership. Felt like you all were taking advantage of me so I took my business elsewhere.

Ken was awesome. I jacked up my car using snow chains and he helped me get it back on the road super fast. I appreciate your hard working and honest team. I usually use the Littleton location but now I will be using yours as well because I work right around the corner. Keep up the great service!
