There was no wait when I arrived for my appointment. Staff were very friendly. Service was efficient and staff found a nail in my tire I didn’t know was there. They were able to repair the affected tire and I was still back in my car in under an hour.

I had a screw in my tire and was unable to get into the Toyota dealership where I bought the tires to have it repaired. I was able to schedule an appointment next day to get it taken care. Crew took a look and we’re able to repair it quickly.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. They honored a coupon I said I had (which I did) without me having to show it to them. They were honest about when I needed my next oil change, and I learned about ice fishing.

We have been bringing our vehicles to Ken at Big O for years. We are always treated well and our vehicles are well taken care of.

While it took nearly an hour, they did exactly what I asked and fixed the nearly new tire!

Went in for rotation and inspection to see if alignment was needed. Discussed shimmying with service person and they inspected for front brake rotors. You were able to fix same day without an appointment, saving me scheduling and another trip to usual mechanic. May not have been any less expensive but saved me time.

Ken is always great and the service is top notch.

Immediately from when I arrived, I got amazing service and was helped out, once they took my keys they got to work right away! Not even about 10-15 minutes they were already done and I was already out the door.

I got my car inspected here. Everyone was friendly and the time I was quoted was fair and reasonable. A nice waiting area, too.

My only issue was o told them a tire had a slow leak and they fixed it for free since we bought the tires there. I expected someone to come out and tell me what they found before they did anything BUT in his defense it was a warranty issue and it was free so I understand why they never communicated anything at all. I had no idea it was covered. Tjst was a lovely surprise.

I had taken my car for an alignment to another tire shop after installing new struts and my cat still wasn't driving straight. Took it to Big O Tires and they perfected my steering! Excellent job and friendly staff!
