I came in for a tire rotation and it only took about an hour. I was satisfied and l Iike that you have wifi for your customers. That was very helpful.

Everyone was friendly from the time I set up an appointment to paying the bill. The team was upfront and honest about what I needed, but also gave me options to work within my budget. The only issue I had was that the website recommended tires that were no longer being sold at the store so my initial due diligence was all off.

I had a nail in my tire and came in to see if it could be patched up, rather than replacing it. Heath and the guys at Big O were friendly and on the ball from the moment I walked in. I bought new tires a few months ago and returned for an oil change. Everyone is very professional and they don't try to hassle you with unnecessary add-ons. The wait was acceptable and I'm pleased with the experience.

Got what I asked for

I know I can trust Abe and Ken to make sure my family is safe going down the road.

We took our vehicle to a different Big O location the day prior to our visit to the Colfax location. The service at the previous location was handled via a floor jack in the parking lot and I was not so sure about the quality of that approach. When we got our vehicle back we were told that the balance issue may or may not have been resolved and to bring it back if it had not. Alternate methods were discussed to be fair to that location. When we discovered on our road test that the balance did not help the issue, we did take it back the next day but to a different Big O location. my wife dropped off the car and she said she was treated well which is not always the case being a 5'1" female ;0). But, the tech was very helpful as she explained the issue. I was with my wife when we picked up the car and the tech was thorough in his explanation in how they were able to fix our issue and that the other location must not have know what they were doing. We will most likely continue to take our vehicle to the Colfax location as long as we are Big O customers. THANKS!
