Open early, had tire repaired quickly, and got to work on time!

The tire guys had not shown up yet and so the manager fixed my tire so I wouldn't have to wait all day.

Ken is one of the most trustworthy human beings in the business. He one of the good guys left in the car repair business that will never "sell you" something that you do not need. I know when I go to Big O Tires, Ken will be respectful, honest and prompt.
