Well job done

They communicated well and did the work quickly. Although there was a delay in starting because a homeless man was sleeping in the bay.

I went to Discount Tires for almost 15 years and did have good service there. Then I realized one day had Big O right around the corner. They are quicker in service than Discount and I've had nothing but positive experiences there. I highly recommend the Big O on south golden Road.

Staff is excellent! We have used Big-O services for over 40 years, and still do. Tires, batteries and other goods are first class.

While this location was extremely busy due to snow tire changeovers, they worked me in for a drop-off rotation prior to an out of state Holiday trip. Greatly Appreciated!

I had an appt for services. This appt did not show up in their new computer system but did under my name. Customer service person added me to the schedule and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my vehicle to be taken back. During my 1.5 hour wait people were coming and going and desiring repairs to be done that day. The guys at the counter were awesome to show each person they cared about their needs. They attempted to meet all the needs on that same day or scheduled for the following day. I did not get my next oil change sticker because they were so busy but they did a good job. One of the guys at the counter actually would run back and work with the other guys in the service shop and then back out when someone would come through the door. Awesome team. I have a Big O in my town but I drive down to this Big O just because of the customer service.

I like this location the best. I have a big o tire closer to me in Evergreen and their customer service is terrible. I will go further to this location because they are so much better

I went to the shop for an oil change without an appointment. Even though they were fully booked, they squeezed me in - and rotated my tires. Very good experience.

Because they were very helpful with helping me find the right tires, and explaining what the benefits were for different tires. They were also very clear on what they were doing and told me other stuff that I should look out for with my vehicle.

A little slow and obviously because it is very busy. However satisfied I was with my service it did take a pretty long time to get me word back on the state of things. I was waiting by the phone expecting an update and had to call to figure out where we were with things. Other than that, Troy was really friendly and willing to help in a pinch. stand up guys.
