Big O Tires

Had all the fluids changed on an older pickup which is mostly used for trailering horses. Jacqui convinced me to do them all at once as they had all probably broken down over time. I feel safer and ready for the summer hauling the horses.

V was the manager of my car problems. It was a big job…rear differential…. Struts shocks. It took 3 days. Couldn’t f’ing a differential seal anywhere including eBay. I feel V went out of his way to find all parts and was professional explaining what was wrong

Friendly and competent service

The employee that helped me (Trever Schuler) was so polite and helped me get back on the road quickly! I also witnesses him assist an elderly customer and he was so helpful and courteous. They got me in and out fast with new tires and super professional.

I needed snow tires and the staff was very helpful and the service was handled very efficiently.

This Big O station seemed much better organized than I've seen it sometimes in the past. The reception agents were courteous, efficient and informative. There was a bit of backlog for tire repair, due to having only one technician available, which may my wait a bit longer than I had hope for. It was made better when I found out there was no charge for patching my tire.

Troy & his crew were great. He worked with me by removing my old tires on a Saturday, allowing me to pick up my rims that evening. I then prepped & painted my stock rims on Sunday, & brought them back on Monday for them to install the new tires on the rims. Great job guys & my son thanks you immensely! (His 1st vehicle)

I have been a customer for many years and never encountered any problems. My last visit was an extremely pleasant one. I came in for an oil change, but as it turned out quite a bit more work needed to be done to my car. Justin, who explained everything to me was absolutely great in keeping me informed of the work progress. I was waiting for quite some time and was impressed how polite and efficient Justin dealt with the never ending phone calls and how well informed he was of the products and the information he gave to the customers that came in. He never made the customers feel that they were just a number. Great job!!!!! (The store was very clean, but the restroom could use some daily attention).
