Tore a hole in the side of the tire went in the morning. Was told it could not be fixed. Had to order the correct tire. Left the tire with them got back at 4pm I had to work they took the car right in done. Awesome. My thanks

I went to a Mazda Dealership for my previous oil change and they did not re-attach the engine splash shield correctly. Big O Golden CO not only diagnosed the problem after an oil change, they put it right and prevented future issues. They are my lifetime oil changers. Thanks Big O! -- AnnMarie.

The employee's of this Golden, CO store go way beyond the normal expectations for tire stores. They are knowledgeable about suspension, alignment and core automotive mechanics.

I’ve been to several other Big O Tires in the area and this is the best location. The service members always try and get my service request as soon as possible. I’ve never had any problems with them. The only problem is the lack of parking.

I came into the shop to purchase two new tires for my Mazda 6. They were helpful in suggesting the proper tire and explaining the benefits of each tire. The service was quick and the tires were installed quickly. During the service the service tech inspected my vehicle and discovered that I needed a transmission service very badly. This discovery saved my vehicle's transmission, saving me thousands of dollars.

I had a flat tire and AAA came and changed the tire. I had to take the tire to be fixed. I just happened on the first place which was Big O Tires. They were so polite, helpful and took the tire out of my care and said they would have it fixed before closing and if it couldn't be fixed would call immediately, and work out the best option. I received a call before closing and the tired was fixed. When I got there, the technician put the repaired tire back on the car, checked the pressure of all the tires, put the spare back in the car. Gave me the nail. He was so helpful and polite as was everyone inside. I certainly appreciated the help, the quickness and the kindness!

I had some bad experiences with Big-O tire stores in the past (grumpy staff and poor service) so I've been going to Discount Tire for the past 10 years. However, I decided to give Big-O another chance. Every employee at the Golden location went above and beyond to provide great service. I will come back again. You've got a great team at this location. Please tell them to keep up the great work!

Easy and fast.

Big "O" has been my choice from my first introduction to them and their service. I would not go to another store. They are helpful, have the best tires, can't beat the service, and are more than willing to bend over backwards to help solve the problem no matter whose fault it may be. Even in the worst of times, I have been totally satisfied with your service.

Trever was fantastic. We drove to the shop late Friday afternoon and by Saturday afternoon had 4 new tires installed and ready to drive. Thanks Trever.

Woke up to a flat tire on my vehicle in the garage. Called Big O. They told me to have the tow company drop it off and they would fit me in because they were all scheduled up for that day. I did so and two hours later!!! they called to say it was ready. I was prepared to be car-less until late in the day! We have been long time customers with them and this kind of service is one of the reasons why.

The service at Big O Golden is always excellent.

Fast, easy, and answered all my questions to plan for new tires next time if come in.
