Big O Tires

Dustin researched the best option for 21"� Snow Tires on our Porsche Cayenne Turbo and informed us about the nuance differences between the Yokohama and Pirelli options. Dustin found the Pirelli tires at another Big O and had them rushed over within 24 hours, and scheduled us up as snow was in the immediate forecast. Discount Tire couldn't get them for 7-10 days and called me back 3 hours after Dustin had already taken our deposit over the phone. I was quoted 2-4 hours for the service (4 if I needed an alignment), so I dropped and Ubered to a dr. appointment. They installed the tires and called me in 1.5 hours, I approved the alignment service and grabbed a quick bite to eat and then Ubered back and they were done when I got there. They had a nice alignment print out that showed me how off my alignment was (from my dealer in May when I bought new summer tires). The winter tires and alignment feel better than the summer tires and they grip and hug the Canyon roads nicely! Thanks team Big O, I'll buy all my tires here in the future!

I am a regular customer, and I needed a quick tire repair. They were booked all day, but they still fit me in. It was repaired quickly and professionally. I could not have been more satisfied. Thanks.

I worked with Dustin on getting a new set of tires that fit my Subaru Crosstrek. He was quite knowledgeable and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each brand/type I was considering. Great experience.

Service at Big-O has always been good for our vehicles. Staff/crew are friendly and polite. Goods and services we have neede have always been well priced.

I came at a busy time and had to wait a long time for the work to get done. My car was finished 30 minutes past closing time. There were still a couple of other customers' cars being worked on. This shop is committed to service and will quit only when the work is done...not at closing time. Also, had my tires in stock unlike most other shops that have to "get them from a warehouse"�.

Fortunately I was only there for seasonal tire exchange, so no product advise needed. However, I've been going to the South Golden Road Big-O for years. Whether to seasonally change out or buy new tires, the team is solid. They're courteous and mindful of my time; they express honestly how much time to anticipate. On occasion, I've stopped in just because of indicator pops up on my car and they're always willing to give it attention. A Solid Shop.

Took the Cherokee in for and oil change. Good price knowing I am to lazy to do it myself. Friendly guy at the front desk and service was quick.

tires were not delivered from your distribution center first day, and they weren't going to deliver day 2, your team went to get the tires. we could not drive the car till you got the tires.

I have been a long time customer and always received excellent service. Kelsea and Dean did a great job yesterday. . It is wonderful to have such a cheerful, happy and helpful person answering the phone. The staff at the Golden location is always very nice, and I appreciate their prompt service when I need my tires inflated or have any questions. Keep up the good work!!!

I scheduled a tire installation appointment over the internet. When I arrived at the store, they did not have my information in their system, also, the tires I had picked out had long since been discontinued. Starting my search again at the store was a much better experience. I was able to ask many questions and actually touch the products. I ended up purchasing tires that I had overlooked and so far I am satisfied beyond my expectations.
