With my Subaru's history on their computer, when I dropped in Saturday morning, the mechanics knew what the car needed.

Good service, friendly employes and good value on tires purchased.

I had a nail in my tire. To was removed and packed fast at no charge.

They completed the alignment in a timely manner correcting a severe tire wear issue

Low tire pressure indicator came on my dash for the first time ever.. your guys found 2 dirty wheels causing pressure leak . On time with the appt and on time with the service.. thanks

I always come to this Big-O-Tires and always see the same faces.I appreciate the familiar faces and the efficiency with which they move.It is a busy place and they have a lot to do every day.Sometimes they are faster than they promised sometimes they are slower.You just have to understand the amount of work and "pop-in" business they have to deal with.

They were so accommodating as my car was broken down with a flat and no spare available. The tow company had taken my car there without much more warning than a phone call when my car was on the way. Trever was so kind and continued to give me updates when I was not at the facility. He had gone above and beyond to call my Big O shop in Delta, CO to track a warranty and saved me a lot of money on my tire replacement. They were able to finish the job faster than it took my uber to help me get there. Will continue to be a customer.
