Big O has always been the best place to take your car regarding tires whether it is the Big O location you purchased or at any of their locations.

This is the first Big O Tire shop that I have visited and not be told that I need thousands of dollars in repairs. I compliment your staff on the quick and efficient way in which my issue was handled.

I didn't realize the tire rotation included a thorough check of brakes, fluids, battery, etc. Thank goodness it did, because my battery was bad. Got it replaced and was out the door in a timely manner. Making an appointment ahead of time made the wait time very reasonable, and I'll be doing that from here on out. The service rep was very personable, too.

Tire change service - the difference in sizes was explained and addressed in a satisfactory manner. The changeover took longer than expected but management decided to make it no charge as a result - all without my asking
