Nice guys.Tony helped a lot. I had no idea Big O Tires could do engine repairs until I came in for a tire rotation and asked where I could take it and they told me they could fix it. They had the fan motor fixed and new plug installed in 2 hours. Super great guys, very friendly and awesome with customer service.

Professional staff and very helpful information. They explained Tire alignment and gave me a print out to show each tire's alignment which was very helpful. We ordered snow tires for my tesla and they came in ahead of schedule. Very very happy.

Dustin researched the best option for 21"� Snow Tires on our Porsche Cayenne Turbo and informed us about the nuance differences between the Yokohama and Pirelli options. Dustin found the Pirelli tires at another Big O and had them rushed over within 24 hours, and scheduled us up as snow was in the immediate forecast. Discount Tire couldn't get them for 7-10 days and called me back 3 hours after Dustin had already taken our deposit over the phone. I was quoted 2-4 hours for the service (4 if I needed an alignment), so I dropped and Ubered to a dr. appointment. They installed the tires and called me in 1.5 hours, I approved the alignment service and grabbed a quick bite to eat and then Ubered back and they were done when I got there. They had a nice alignment print out that showed me how off my alignment was (from my dealer in May when I bought new summer tires). The winter tires and alignment feel better than the summer tires and they grip and hug the Canyon roads nicely! Thanks team Big O, I'll buy all my tires here in the future!

We've been using this location for years. Their counter staff is friendly and courteous, their tech staff's service is great, and the turn-around time for a tire rotate and balance is as estimated. Good job, all!

Car was dropped off to get tires at about 1 in the afternoon and was supposed to be done by 6 PM. Tires were not on, car was in the same spot. However, the second time, they did my car first to get it in and out and I was very satisfied.
