Got me in even when really busy, and fixed Discount Tire's mistake like experts. New customer for life.

The staff/crew are good and hard working. They are friendly, polite and helpful. Have always had a good relation with this Big-O .

These guys were great took care of me and my Ford Expedition after I went through a couple of bad experience's with alignments, and I mean 3 in 3 days... The guys here in Golden got everything correct on my front end and sent me home happy, thank you...

I just came in without an appointment because I wasn't able to get air to go in my tire. Zac was awesome, super helpful and friendly.

We came in at closing time, still took care of us, husband asked if they could clean our brakes as they were smoking coming down a big mountain. As it turned out, it was a good thing we stopped. Made an appointment and we are sitting here waiting for them to finish up. Polite, friendly, and a big thumbs up to Tony Martinez. Awesome young man.

Professional staff and very helpful information. They explained Tire alignment and gave me a print out to show each tire's alignment which was very helpful. We ordered snow tires for my tesla and they came in ahead of schedule. Very very happy.

The people were great. The service was great and they did everything they said they would do. Fairly comfortable waiting area. The only drawback I had was that I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change. Maybe they were short handed that day. I'll see next time. I would recommend them.

Good fast service to replace a defective tire. However, the defective tire (Big O Legacy Tour with a bulge in the sidewall not caused by any external damage or other abuse) was disappointing. These tires are wearing at about twice the rate of the warranted mileage, and if they had worn just a bit more I would have needed to replace all four on my Subaru. Apparently replacing the other three tires because one is defective would be at my own expense. That would be bad, and makes me hestitant to buy an another set of Big O tires.

The communication of 5he staff was great and the services was what I needed at a fair price.

We always purchase our tires at the Golden Big O. We recently lost the mechanic shop who used to take care of our cars. So, we called Troy at Golden Big O & explained what was going on with our car & Troy told us they would take care of us!! They did!! Very fair pricing & repairs were finished in 1 day!! Troy & Kelsea are excellent sales reps!! We really appreciate the time they took to explain what needed to be repaired. The entire Crew at Big O Golden are the Best! Car was dropped off to get tires at about 1 in the afternoon and was supposed to be done by 6 PM. Tires were not on, car was in the same spot. However, the second time, they did my car first to get it in and out and I was very satisfied.
