I love my neighborhood Big O Tire and appreciate the service they offer to patch tires. Thanks and I will have my car worked on there when it needs.

I had trouble with my interlock device while I was in the bay, the guys were gracious and patient and helped me check my battery. They were kind and understanding when I became frustrated beyond any of our control

I have been going to Big O in Golden forever, but I really appreciated the professional service and courtesy yesterday. The store was very busy, being battered by high winds and charging me exactly $0.00 for the flat fix. To me, that is a huge statement about the service at Golden Big O. In fact, i reminded my Daf in Florida about the store because he is un Colorado very often. Thank you!

This was my second experience with this Big O Tires. I came back because I was impressed with their service (patching a gash in tread of one of my tires). In this instance, Justin took all my information, and quickly located the tires I needed in another city. He explained that they might not arrive (it was a Friday) in time to install, rotate and balance them for the weekend. The tires arrived Monday; I was called and we set a time for Tuesday. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by Chris, who estimated a finish time of an hour and a half. I walked to a nearby grocery store and was back 10 minutes early. My car was ready on time, the service was friendly, professional and reasonably priced.These guys do everything right! Christine A

I was able to schedule on relatively short notice and appointment for an oil change. During the safety check, it was discovered a rear taillight was put. Also it was explained to me that the brake fluid was dark. I was quoted prices and given options. Everything was taken care of during the same appointment

I came in with 2 leaky tires. Both were repaired in a timely fashion, and I was not charged for the service. Outstanding.

Brought car in for no charge balance and rotate. Was told it would be two hours as I had not made an appointment. The car was ready in just over an hour. Worked out with other errands perfectly.

Very polite and pro active desk staff and manager. They filed a claim with the tire manufacturer and then ordered tires for next day delivery and installation.
