Big O Tires

The Big O and golden is the best Big O store ever been to. I moved to Castle Rock and I'm going to miss them. Employees are extremely dedicated to customer service.

Staff always friendly and polite. Easy to schedule service tasks. Usually project times and costs well estimated. Prices and service excellent!!!

My son has sever OCD. They were willing accommodate his needs. It is very rare that we find a repair shop so willing to help us with his ocd.

Team was able to see us last minute and made every accommodation to get our car serviced. The one shortcoming I would have to note is that it appears one of our Acura emblem plastic covers that covers the spindle nut may have been lost during the service as it was not on our vehicle when we brought it home.

I was in on Thursday, July 16th, for an alignment check and replacement of all four tires. The sales associate contacted was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable about the tires available that fit my auto.

Great people, service person was knowledgeable and friendly and very willing to help. Vitale made buying tires and getting them installed easy.

Got new tires on one truck, fair price. And got flat repaired,tires rotated and balanced on another for free!

I called the Golden location early in the morning to see if I could drop off a tire for repair. Justin indicated that that would be fine. I dropped of the tire around 0900 hours and told Justin that I would like to have it ready later in the afternoon. I called back around 1500 hours to see if the tire was ready. Justin told me that they had overlooked the tire, but that they would get it repaired before 5 PM at no charge. Justin called me back around 1630 hours to indicate that the tire was repaired and ready to be picked up. I stopped by to pick up the tire around 1700 hours. Justin was busy so Kurtis helped me. Kurtis brought me the tire and offered to put it into my vehicle. Kurtis also asked if I wanted their technicians to put the tire back on my vehicle. I accepted the offer. The technician took off my spare and put the repaired tire back on the vehicle. The technician also put my spare tire back on the storage location on my vehicle (i.e., under the rear of the vehicle). This work was all done at no charge even though I offered to pay for the service. I feel that the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Called and booked an appointment for a tire change. Shop had immediate availability and set a convenient time. I dropped the car off then walked over for coffee. Car was done in 1.5 hours as promised

Simple oil change and inspection this visit -- easy and good value for the money.

I had picked out a set of tires online and the associate called me to let me know they were on back order and gave me a better option that had a $100 savings. He was very helpful and I was able to get something better than I planned!
