Great Guys, Great Work

All the guys at Big O have been great. Kurtis and Jordan have kept my entire fleet up to date and on the road.

The past two times I've been to this location, the staff have been very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful

never did get an estimate/quote on the alignment, chose it for the ease of one stop, BUT was told it would take 1.5-2 hours, and was just under an hour.

I really appreciate Troy overall. Josh was great on this visit (I didn't deal with Troy this time). I like you folks so much I changed over from Firestone and Discount!

Big O in Golden - friendly, pleasant people - excellent work - answers to questions - always reliable. Been going there four years or so. Troy, Dustin, Jimmy and all the other people we've gotten to know there are great representatives for your company. We have been customers for a long time always been friendly and professional. This time we blew a radiator hose so it was a drop off. They leT us know it would take a couple of days to fix due to extreme business. That was ok with us.after diagnostic they let us know right up front what it was and how much.awesome guys thanks

I was headed out of town on a Monday morning, but one of my vehicle tires had a slow leak that I discovered late Saturday afternoon.I went to Big-O Tires for repair of the tire, and they cheerfully worked me in, so that I only had to wait about an hour.They repaired the tire in a short time at no charge, and I was on my way with a minimal delay.

The front desk was very busy taking calls and working with incoming customers, but were still extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient. They took in my car for an oil change at the end of the day with a smile and took care of everything I needed. I got my tires done here a few weeks ago and it was a great experience, which is why I tried getting some other work done through big O. Had another great experience with this team.

Exceptional service. I've been to several other Big-O locations in the state, and by far, the Golden location is the best! I called a few days ahead to make my appointment and talked to Dustin. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and took care of all the details. When I arrived the day of my appointment, everything went like clockwork. I did get the unexpected call during my service that my front brake pads were getting low. Dustin, explained everything that needed to be done, explained why, and what all my options were. My wife and I didn't hesitate to tell him to go ahead with the additional repairs. We had complete confidence in what we were being told, and in the shops ability to get the job done correctly. We had a similar experience about a year ago when my son was at school and woke up to a flat tire. He put on the temporary spare and drove it to Big-O. Again, Dustin gave exceptional service finding us the right snow tires late in the year, getting them on at a great price, and in a very timely manner. We will be back for future services, without a doubt.
