He listened to my concern, reevaluated the situation and gave me an honest scenario with my Explorer. I have scheduled my appointment at the Golden location and will continue to go there for future service.

Fantastic place! I've always really enjoyed the service I've gotten from Big O. This location was no different. Very helpful. Very professional. Sadly this kind of work is a little pricey but still the best deal out there. 10/10 they will always get my business.

RECENTLY HAD TO TAKE BOTH OF OUR VEHICLES IN, 1 FOR BREAKS AND THE OTHER FOR ANOTHER FLAT TIRE. THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY, UP FRONT AND HONEST. WE WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE OUR VEHICLES IN EVEN THOUGH IT IS OUT OF THE WAY BECAUSE OF OUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES.

Received the tires that I wanted and they were installed in a timely manner and I was contacted when the work was finished.

Fast, friendly service. I was guaranteed my tire would be repaired in an hour, and the repair was completed in half the time. I was extremely happy. Female clerk at the front of the store was so helpful She was simply outstanding!

I ran into some implications after getting my seasonal tired put on by a DIFFERENT BigO shop in Lakewood. Come to find out they broke my tire sensor and this BigO STORE IN GOLDEN went above and beyond to help fix the problem. Since then, I have only used this shop for any car related issues. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. They always try to get you back on the road in a timely matter and most of all they are honest.

I live in Lakewood now but continue to go to Big O on S Golden Rd due to amazing customer service. I recebntly went in to switch out my wife's winter tires for summer tires. Big O staff identified an issue with my tires that they thought they might have been responsible for. Big O manned up and took responsibility for the issue, gave me a FREE set of summer tires that were of GREATER VALUE than my existing summer tires, and DIDN'T CHARGE ME for switching the winter with new summer tires! These guys are great, I highly recommend Big O on South Golden Road for all your automotive needs.
