Big O Tires

This is the only place we take our vehicles. We go to the Golden store and have always been given stellar service.

Kurtis, the Assistant Supervisor was professional. I explained my concern that I was taken advantage of by Coloraland. He listened to my concern, reevaluated the situation and gave me an honest scenario with my Explorer. I have scheduled my appointment at the Golden location and will continue to go there for future service.

Didn't realize you did tire repairs for free. The Big O in Conifer charged me 30 dollars the last time I needed one. I will be buying my next set of tires from the big O in golden because of the they were prompt and polite regardless of the fact they were not being paid for the work. My tire's aren't cheap either!

Received the tires that I wanted and they were installed in a timely manner and I was contacted when the work was finished.

I came in right before close to drop off a tire that needed a patch. The young tech was so nice and told me they could definitely fix it and they would call the next day to let me know. They fixed it first thing in the morning. I came by the next day at 5pm when they were very busy and Sean and the tech dropped everything to make sure my needs were taken care of. Sean is a great addition to your team.

Pretty damn happy with my new tires, I know 35s on 22s are a pain to mount and get balanced right, but Brian did a good job, truck makes less road noise and they're balanced perfectly.

Ive been going to this Golden CO store for years. Great service, staff and location.

The staff are well-mannered, respectful, and keep the customer updated on the progress on the vehicle. They don't appear to be "hard-sell", but instead inform the customer of the potential problems and let the customer decide on the course of action. It is as if the customer and the consultant are making the decision jointly.

Needed tires on short notice. BigO was able to provide at a reasonable price.

I like that these guys are so nice and are willing to help you out. They really go the extra mile. I will never have my oil changed anywhere else.

I live in Lakewood now but continue to go to Big O on S Golden Rd due to amazing customer service. I recebntly went in to switch out my wife's winter tires for summer tires. Big O staff identified an issue with my tires that they thought they might have been responsible for. Big O manned up and took responsibility for the issue, gave me a FREE set of summer tires that were of GREATER VALUE than my existing summer tires, and DIDN'T CHARGE ME for switching the winter with new summer tires! These guys are great, I highly recommend Big O on South Golden Road for all your automotive needs.
