I bought 4 new tires - all went great, I will be back.Troy T. was so helpful, really knew tires and all the differences.Truly a great manager.He went above and beyond to help me! Troy is a true professional at the Golden store!

These guys have always been amazing and professional. They recommend and explain why. It’s awesome to feel like they care versus they are selling you. I have bought 2 sets of tires and continue to use for oil and rotates. I have watched their interactions with a wide demographic of customers, and I’m impressed.

My Tundra needed a general Spring going over, including a new battery and a shimmy that could have been brakes or alignment. So, some trouble shooting was required. They fixed it all up quickly, kept me informed, no waiting for an appointment. The entire staff is great but Dustin is especially helpful. Really appreciate it.

Even though it's been over a year since I bought my tires from Big O, they fixed the leaking seal on my tire without charge. These guys view customer service as an ongoing commitment, not just at the time of sale.

They helped us pick out a nice set of wheels and tires. Since the ones we originally wanted were not going to be available for quite a while. They helped me with getting the limit increased on my card to cover the wheels and tires. The got everything done very quickly considering that they were short staffed. This is the second major purchase from this store. The staff has always been very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

The Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to clearly diagnose my car. I brought my car to them after a fishy diagnosis at another facility and I appreciated so much their honesty in not fixing things that were not broken. They found the actual issue, rather than just treating the symptom and as a result I fully trust them to do the same next time I have needs for my car's care. Thank you all!

Troy, Dustin and the rest of the crew are a pleasure to work with. Troy scrambled to find my discontinued tire and to get it delivered to his store quickly. It's a very busy place, but they had me in and out super quickly...in spite of my changing schedule. Many thanks to all.
