Big O Tires

this is the second set of tires we've purchased from this store, and we will be back!

Kurtis R., the assistant manager at the south Golden road location, was AWESOME. He was friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and I very much enjoyed my interaction with him. He explained the various scenarios for my valve stem repair among the other services I was requesting and had a very positive attitude. I know how hard it can be to find good people today - keep this one, he is GREAT! I'll be back for sure. Thanks!

Great experience. I was disappointed initially when I didn't see the gal I had worked with before in the lobby; however, I was greatly surprised that the gentleman that worked with me was so kind and friendly. Overall great experience. It speaks volumes to be a single female that finds a shop that's trustworthy and not worry about being swindled.

I have had very good Professional Service from Troy- Bob for at least 15 years,!! Troy has treated me very well , he is a great manager that listens to my concerns. Initially was in for a tire repair but learned it would have to be replaced. Tire was ordered for delivery the next day and was installed and all tires rotated. Work was completed before noon. Staff very helpful in working around my availability.

I have purchased several sets of tires at the location in Golden, CO. Always top shelf service. I recently had my tires rotated when Chris suggested new from brakes. I made an appointment and was in and out in less than ninety minutes. Waited at a Starbucks across the street. Got a call from Aaron that my car was ready. Walked across the street , paid and went on my way. Couldn't be easier. Kudos to all involved. I'll be back when I need service.

Great knowledgeable staff and high quality service

I came in right before close to drop off a tire that needed a patch. The young tech was so nice and told me they could definitely fix it and they would call the next day to let me know. They fixed it first thing in the morning. I came by the next day at 5pm when they were very busy and Sean and the tech dropped everything to make sure my needs were taken care of. Sean is a great addition to your team.

The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I moved to Arvada but still drive to this location in golden because I trust this store to be honest and true with my cars needs, even though there is a big o down the street from my new house.

I had a tire that had a slow leak and went in to my favorite Big O and they had me back on the road in 25 minutes!

It was quick and easy to schedule the apointment. The service was friendly, efficient and professional. The discussion of new replacement products was good and appreciated.

Pretty damn happy with my new tires, I know 35s on 22s are a pain to mount and get balanced right, but Brian did a good job, truck makes less road noise and they're balanced perfectly.

The Lincoln was missing a beat somewhere and they replaced the spark plugs, some wiring and a sensor. What a difference. Runs smooth and don't hear the engine. Hopefully it will last another 20 years unless they ban gas and I have to run on my battery only. Who knows what they come up next.

The staff are well-mannered, respectful, and keep the customer updated on the progress on the vehicle. They don't appear to be "hard-sell", but instead inform the customer of the potential problems and let the customer decide on the course of action. It is as if the customer and the consultant are making the decision jointly.
