Guys at golden big o are excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, highly competent, friendly, forthright and transparent. The reputation of ‘dishonest’ car mechanics simply doesn’t apply hear. I get the strong impression that if nothing is wrong with your car you will be told exactly that and sent on your way…

Big O had several employees not show up for work on Monday, but completed the tire change promptly.

This visit was a follow-up after extensive work was done earlier in the month. They got my vehicle into the bay immediately so my wait time was very minimal. Not sure the coolant part of the work was done properly so I had to return. Fortunately they were able to"school" me on the proper level of coolant and made sure I understood how it works. Now I can look for myself and make sure it is at the correct level. I went in frustrated but came out in a much better mood! Your customer service deserves a 5 star rating!

The waiting area stinks of rubber. Is it really necessary to store tires that reek in the same area customers wait?

I was in for an oil change on 12/18/17 which took an hour to complete not the 2 hours as stated when I made the appointment so that was a nice surprise since I was waiting for it. However, after I had left the facility I received a call from Troy telling me he had noticed an oil spill going down the road in the direction I was traveling for my next errand. He was able to meet me there before I drove any further and get me back to Big "O" right away. They got me right in and found out it was an issue with the oil filter which Troy said was very rare to have that happen. They put new oil in (again) along with another oil filter and I was on my way in under half an hour! I can't sing the praises enough for Troy and his vigilance...it could have been so much worse if he had not noticed the oil spill!!! Many thanks and Merry Christmas!

Although it was a busy day for Big O Tires, they did their best to get my car in and work done in an expedited manner. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Lovely to find that the flat tire fix policy is to repair for free! Had a screw stuck in my tire from driving through a construction site and the Big O guys got it out and fixed my tire in less than an hour.

The BigO staff that I interacted with was both friendly and very knowledgeable with assisting me in the service of my vehicle.

Just went in to fix a flat tire and Troy( I have known him for many years) is always friendly and supportive. I have not purchased anything there for years because of vehicle warranty with my dealer but they refused my offer to pay for the flat tire. Very good store.

I brought my vehicle in to have a flat tire repaired. They fixed it in about 2 hours at no charge.

Problem taken care of in reasonable time.
