Had a slow leak in tire...took me right in and fixed it in no time.

Guys at golden big o are excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, highly competent, friendly, forthright and transparent. The reputation of ‘dishonest’ car mechanics simply doesn’t apply hear. I get the strong impression that if nothing is wrong with your car you will be told exactly that and sent on your way…

Troy was super accommodating!It was pointed out to me by a friend that my tires were bald.I drove straight over to Big O.They brought in my tires and gave me and my groceries a ride home 25 minutes away!I thought that was above and beyond.They had the new tires on by the end of the day!

Big O had several employees not show up for work on Monday, but completed the tire change promptly.

We love this store and have been shopping here for many years. The staff is always very friendly and does their best to get you in and out. My only small suggestion is that the last 2 times I have been in, my car was ready to go and I wasn't told (I was in the waiting area) and I had to ask about it.

The waiting area stinks of rubber. Is it really necessary to store tires that reek in the same area customers wait?

I had a flat tire and they we unable to fix it due to the types of punctures, but they were able to help put new tires on that I am very happy about. They kept me abreast of each step of the progress and Dustin at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful!
