Big O Tires

Since I just walked in and out within a few minutes I didn't really take a look at the store's cleanliness. Previously, when I've stayed there I have found it to be just fine. I appreciated that there was a female front desk attendant along with Troy. She and Troy were both very personable and helpful. Very efficient yet friendly.

They have always treated us nicely for 30 years

My vehicle was serviced starting at the time previously scheduled, and the work on it was performed in a cheerful, timely manner.

Big O went above and beyond. My daughter broke down in front of the shop. Someone from Big O ran out and helped her get the car in their parking lot. They then took her to school. We were running short on cash and they allowed us to keep the car their until we could afford to fix it. They then matched Discount Tires price for my other car and had both cars fixed in a day. Wonderful service by Adam and I'm not sure the gentlemans name who helped my daughter. Either way both again went above and beyond. I will go nowhere else for my future needs due to this interaction. Thanks to a great team!

They came out to see if existing and new tires had sufficient tread, and finished earlier than projected, texting me when ready.

I came in after losing a tire, and even though they didn't have the tires I needed in stock, they called to the other nearby locations and were able to get my tires replaced in about two hours. Even gave me a discount for the undamaged tires, overall great service!

Staff were friendly and accommodating

I was able to get my car in and out by noon, they checked all the fluids and rotated the tires.

I went in for service engine soon light and they took care of it. Plus the mileage per gallon started going back up.

Once again, Big O on South Golden Road has helped my family when we needed it. We ran over screws in both our vehicles in the last two weeks, and Big O was able to schedule and fix our tires within two hours of calling to schedule the service. Thank you again!

Didn't realize you did tire repairs for free. The Big O in Conifer charged me 30 dollars the last time I needed one. I will be buying my next set of tires from the big O in golden because of the they were prompt and polite regardless of the fact they were not being paid for the work. My tire's aren't cheap either!

About a week before my final appointment I stopped in to schedule an appointment and to secure the tires I wanted on my car. I was able to schedule the day and time I wanted. On that day I showed up at about 8:00 was taken right away and it took less than an hour to put on test my new tires. It was simple, fast, easy and I was in and out in no time at all. I loved it - that’s why I have stayed with Big O. I’ve had nothing but good results!
