Well, I wrote a crappy review yesterday for some service I had completed, tire rotation, oil change, I tell you what! The owner called me within hours of my review, wanted to make sure everything was alright, wanted to know what could be done to make me happy! Well, that was it! That made things better, to know that someone, that is responsible for this place was following up with disgruntled customers, He has renewed my faith in this store! That's all I wanted! Everything was made right before I left the store, but for the owner to make sure I was satisfied after the fact, Now that's A1 Customer service!

They always come through for reasonable prices, friendly service and are seemingly always able to get me in either right away or same day. I love them!

I had a tire that kept losing air and they checked it on the spot and found it wasn’t sealed properly to the rim and charged me a reasonable price just before I went on a long car trip. Very grateful!!!

I have been buying tires at this Big O for many years. I had not planned to buy tires for my newest car (2017) just yet but had a tire calamity over the weekend so had to address the issue. Sean - the new manager - couldn't have been nicer. He got the measurements on the remaining 3 tires for me so I knew what was necessary. He showed me the tire he recommended, answered my questions, and offered the alignment check then explained it (no alignment needed). Best of all, I was able to get an appointment quickly (the dealer had nothing all week). Once again, Big O came through. Good job, and thanks Sean for taking your job seriously and being so friendly!

Needed a tire repair and was able to get taken care of quickly

Brought our vehicle in to get the snow tires removed and summer tires put on. Unfortunately more was found wrong with the vehicle than we expected but it was all resolved within 3 hours. Troy did a great job explaining everything to us.

Employee help and going above and beyond what was expected. Josh helped when it really wasnt even his job. thanks guys

I never feel the "Heavy Upsell" pressure. They explain what needs to be done now and later and what it will cost. I don't feel I'm being hustled.

I have had bad experiences in the past and stopped going here. After this visit and talking with a tech and the manager I will be coming back and giving this store another chance.

I was in on Wednesday of this week due to a slow leak in my tire. They handled the issue efficiently and professionally.

Service was just tire rotation. I had no problems, and the work was done professionally.

My truck was involved in no fault accident two weeks ago and they helped me get the truck road worthy until the body work can be done. They have been very cool with me in the past on some other front end work as well.
