Big O Tires

Troy and his team did a great job. I had an unusual request to leave my drift boat trailer onsite while I went to work. They were very accommodating and took great care of me. I appreciate the great service and attention to detail.

the gal at the front, Kelsey?, knowledgeable and spoke with clarity and diction, i'm hard of hearing and she is very easy to understand. The manager took care of a problem and the guy in back fixed it in the blink of an eye. Glad I went there, I'll be back. Merry Christmas to you all.

They said 45 minutes and that’s the time it took. I took a walk while they serviced my vehicle.

I was having problems with a shimmy in the front end of my vehicle after rotating all four tires and replacing one that was damaged. I suspected it was a balance problem. I contacted Big O in Golden CO and was told to bring the vehicle right in. They got on it quickly and the vehicle has no more shimmy and drives wonderfully.

Showed up as a walk in for a tire puncture, on a day between snow days. They were able to get me in right away and made it an easy decision to have them assess and ultimately replace my brakes. Their follow up with a reminder and a quote for a 120,000 mile service was appreciated.

Used big o three times last month for nails screws in tires, service guys are awesome!

I came in with a flat tire and it was fixed (plugged) within the hour for no charge. They also gave my pup a milk bone:)

I talked with Aaron Nadeau and he made it a point to try and fit me in on the spot for a tire rotation and alignment check! He was also very informative and answered some questions I had on how alignments work and he also let me know one of my inner tie rods may be ready for replacement which was very helpful.

The counter guys were helpful and they continued to keep me up to date on the progress. I appreciate that a lot. I don't have time to keep checking up on the progress. A lot of places I have to continue to call to get a status

Dustin gave me a clear quote over the phone and committed to the date the tires/wheels would be ready. The Golden team met that commitment and mounted my new wheels right away when I came to retrieve them. All this equals a great experience.

Brett Rayhill took time out of his busy schedule to change a low beam bulb in my vehicle. The european design of the vehicle made it difficult to access the headlights-but Brett found a way in a short period of time. Thank you!

They were able to get the tires delivered on time. Quickly put them on and super friendly. Company always comes there because they are fast and thorough.

I had a weird noise that was concerning on my Toyota Land Cruiser and I was at the end of a long road trip. Big O adjusted their schedule and got my car into the shop asap and looked it over. They spent about an hour on it! I had 6 hours to drive later that day and wanted to make sure it was safe. At one point they had 4 mechanics driving and looking at it to diagnose a mystery sound. When I left their shop they didn't charge me a dime and they knew I lived out of state and probably wouldn't be a return customer. Great shop.

Dropped off my vehicle at scheduled time, had my vehicle back in a reasonable time. Staff at counter were friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a satisfied with my visit

Dustin did a great job of correcting the mistakes and poor customer service of another store (Union and Alameda).
