Big O Tires

We have always used this Big O location for our company van - from tire rotations, to air checks, to getting new tires, they've always been friendly, helpful and prompt. Thanks for the great service!

My visit was fast and efficient. They made my appointment the same day. They were very detailed in the adjustments they had done for my wheel alignment.

Curtis was very helpful and curious. Went beyond my expectations and got things done in a very expedient and professional manner. He kept me posted on the progress and went the extra mile to get the parts needed. Also the mechanic working on the car did a super job and gave it his full attention 110%. Very pleased with the whole experience. Been a customer for nearly 30 years and they never let me down.

Great tire store! Most important is honesty. Oil change at my dealership last year they found a screw in the tread on a tire. OMG it's a sidewall puncture! Can't be fixed! Four new tires! I'm not an idiot but I appreciate a professional's opinion. Dropped into Golden Big O. They backed out the screw and sent me on my way! Now, Big O mounted my snow tires but, again, I was going to the dealership for an oil change so though I would get them to mount the summer tires. OMG these tires are worn badly and uneven! You need 4 new tires and a wheel alignment! I went to my Golden Big O tires. The tires weren't worn badly or uneven. They would be fine for another season. $64 later I was on my way! I truly appreciate the honesty. I will change my car dealership but I will be back to Golden Big O tires. Glad for the opportunity to share this.

Dustin is always such a pleasure to deal with - he is kind, courteous, and patient - both in-person and on the phone, especially when answering questions and explaining what I need done with my car. It was nice to use your Wifi as well, while they worked on a nail in my car, because I didn't have to take time off of work since I was able to work from the shop. Thank you!

I have been buying my Tires at the Golden location for years. When Troy was the Mgr. I met the new owner Chris at my latest visit to purchase my tires and my experience was great!!!

I was highly satisfied because I called, made an appointment, and my vehicle was worked on as planned. I was able to watch from the window and ensure professional/quality work. The prices were also $300 lower than I paid last year in Wyoming for the same tires and service.

I called to see if I needed an appointment for a new headlamp bulb and was told to just come in. The counter person was new, very polite but not fully trained. Fortunately, another person stepped in to help her and I had my new bulb(s) in less than an hour. This store has been a go to for oil changes, tires, etc. for more than 15 years and I am always impressed with the quality of their team.
